Ich habe mir das Immunsystem-Buch gekauft und bin rundum zufrieden. Das Buch ist super: informativ und mit viel Liebe gestaltet (so, wie man es von Kurzgesagt kennt). Der Versand ging fix.
Ich liebäugel schon seit einer Weile mit anderen Artikeln aus dem Shop, daher wird der nächste Kauf wohl nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. :)

I’ve placed six or seven orders so far and everything has been spot on. The quality of the products is flawless -Kurzgesagt quality, just like in their videos. On my last order, support even reached out to me because one item didn't meet their quality standards, and they let me pick any other item as a replacement. Perfect!

Worth the wait

Very good products , a bit pricey for those who' se countries arent having euro as their currency , but very good and resistent . Must check for the washing instructions and respect them strictly.

Most unprofessional service ever
One of the worst experiences I have had with an eshop there support is completely useless for two items one of which was the limited edition pin which was damaged in shipping and a book i ordered the order was stalled and returned back to kurzgesagt after 1 month of going back and forward with their support and spending another 15 euros on telephone costs with DPD I am still to receive my refund.
This is truly the worst service I have had.

That said, we’re sorry to see that our support and availability were perceived as lacking. Throughout this process, we have remained engaged and ready to assist. As agreed together, we needed to wait for DPD to officially confirm the return-to-sender status, which you mentioned they had informed you about, so that we could proceed correctly with the refund. While I have been closely monitoring the case, DPD has not yet finalized or communicated this confirmation to us.
Please rest assured that your case remains a priority. We are keeping the ticket open and will continue to provide updates as soon as we receive new information, so we can move forward with the refund promptly.

Not meeting their shipment promises
I ordered the 2026 calendar and art book, on the 4th November and expected my order to be shipped at the latest of the end of January due to the art book pre-order, it is February and still not been shipped. When I email enquired in February the best the customer service team could offer is an apology. I'm paying full price for a calendar, and I have lost out on a month and now maybe two months of use or who knows how long at this point. I accepted the late January shipment for pre ordering the art book but this is unacceptable, if the calendar was to be delayed for customers for this long they should ship the calendar and art book separately at the very least. As my understanding is they have the calendars, but are waiting on the art books to arrive to the warehouses. Why sit on it? I think the extended delays warrants shipment of the other half of the order in good faith to the customers. I understand they put alot of effort into their calendars and I appreciate it and happy to support them for doing it but having lost out on more than a month of use, makes me feel as if the full price is unjust.
