I placed a high value order which should have arrived in time for Christmas. I still haven't received my items. I didn't order the calendar or book art, just standard items which didn't have a long wait time. I'm still waiting for the items 7 WEEKS later.

Hatte mir das Quartett Bundle gekauft(Stern, Schwarzes Loch, Mond, Erde). Unglücklicherweise sind auf der Folierung vom Mond und von der Erde (die beiden die man auch so im Bundle kaufen kann) Kratzer, die das natürlich eher meh aussehen lassen. Obwohl der Kundenservice schnell und nett geantwortet hat, finde ich eine 25% Rückerstattung eher mager. Das gleicht einen Neukauf natürlich nicht aus, also hab ich effektiv gesehen 2 Poster für den Preis von 3 bekommen. Ich vermute auch, dass es an der Verpackungsart lag, anstatt 2 Poster ineinander zu rollen, sollte man vermutlich einfach die Poster einzeln verpacken. Die Kalender und Booklets finde ich immer sehr gut, aber von folierten Postern würde ich vermutlich abraten.

Neuster Stand, nach Erhalt der Rückerstattung:
Mir wurden tatsächlich nicht 25% vom Bundle erstattet (18,83), sondern 25% von den beschädigten (9,40), was meiner Meinung nach eine Frechheit ist. Darum nur noch 1 Stern

I placed an order for calendar and art book on Oct 9th last year and am still waiting for shipping. Every time I send email asking about my order I get a quick reply saying sorry delays, it will be shipped the coming week but then nothing and so we are now mid January still without the calendar and no date for shipping. The company need to be more honest, accurate about shipping times and inform their customers, not wait for them to ask, very poor handling of this situation. Offer of discount towards next purchase which I very much doubt I will do in the future. Very disappointing

I ordered some posters in December with an expected delivery date before Christmas. It didn't arrive. I have emailed three times and each time received a perfect, contrite response, promising it will be on its way the next day. Each day it does not happen. I now believe these perfect emails are crafted by AI. I still await my posters...

I ordered a calendar and book in begin of october 2025, I expected it for at least before christmas but didn't get anything even up until today. Contacted them several times over email and got no clear indication besides sorry please wait more about when my order is coming! It's been 3 months and still nothing!

I placed two orders for Christmas on the 1st & 8th December spending in total £165 and I have not received either as yet. I was not informed until the 22nd December that my order would not arrive in time for Christmas and one order was a Santa gift. Support has been polite and courteous but too accepting of late deliveries as being the norm without any urgency to remedy the situation. FedEx has notified me that my order may arrive on the 16th January - nearly 7 weeks later after ordering. I appreciate Christmas orders can place a strain on operations but please notify your customers in plenty of time to avoid disappointment particularly for children who look forward to this time of year. My son loves your Immune book and YT channel but this experience could have been easily avoided with timely communication and improved logistics.

Ein Kalender und 2 Artbooks wurden per DPD versendet - diese kamen nicht pünktlich zu Weihnachten an. Der Kundenservice von kurzgesagt war dabei wenig hilfreich. Nachdem ich das Paket nach Weihnachten doch noch bekommen hatte, musste ich feststellen, dass beide Artbooks, bedingt durch die schlechte Transportverpackung an den Ecken stark bestoßen waren. Nie wieder kurzgesagt...

Good products but I have terrible experiences with their shipping. It improved once they began handling it themselves but they still make promises they can't keep. Ordered on October 10th and was told it would arrive before Christmas, but here we are...

I placed my order on October 8th to ensure Christmas delivery, based on the shop’s stated cutoff. In November, support confirmed the order would arrive before Christmas.
On December 22nd, I was informed that the package had not even left the warehouse and would arrive after the holidays.
Support was polite, but the issue is poor expectation management. A 25% discount code does not compensate for a missed Christmas present, and shipping in-stock items separately was refused.
I like Kurzgesagt’s products, but this was a disappointing and avoidable experience.

Edit: Hja, zwei Monate später noch immer nichts angekommen. So langsam ist auch meine Geduld am Ende...

Dieses Jahr ist der Versand wie verhext; das betraf auch Kurzgesagt, nur hab ich hier den Vergleich von einem außerordentlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kundenservice hin zu dem, was ich andernorts hatte, gesehen. Also das Paket kam auch nach einem Monat nicht an. Der Kundenservice reagierte sehr schnell und freundlich und versprach, sich darum zu kümmern.

Your store sucks. 17 days with no shipment and nothing but lies and excuses in your emails. I’m warning everyone: avoid this place at all costs. I’m never buying anything from you again

Have ordered their yearly calendar and mugs a few times now.
Last time a mug had cosmetic damage on the inside that didn't wash away. I contacted their support with photos of the damage and within a day they got back to me and shipped me a brand new mug free of charge.

I offered to return the defective mug but they said I could keep it and still use it despite the defects if I wanted to.

Kurzgesagt's Patreon trainee producer membership is awesome! Even though the AdBlock perk is there, I still watch with ad's to support them! I LOVE the 12,024 human era calendar (even though it's not that year anymore, I still have the calendar!) and I LOVE the immune book. And the video's are SO COOL!!!!!

I wrote to the customer service and in under 2 hours I had a reply and a great solution.

Some of the posters have some creases on them, which is very unfortunate. Otherwise very beautiful as expected!
The delivery took longer than expected, but I did order during the holiday season.
