I wanted a spare key for some old Anglian UPVC windows. The chat room person was very helpful and recommended a product which I purchased but unfortunately did not work on the windows in question. I called again and again the person was very helpful and asked for purchasing reference which I was able to provide. It turned out that the purchase was originally made via a commercial arm of Anglian and I was given the email contact for the commercial contract section to chase up the original purchase records but unfortunately this time I didn't receive any response or acknowledgement. I eventually sourced keys from another company of locksmiths.

Delivery slower than expected as bog standard off the shelf product requested

Initial request had iffy response before having to press harder to get a more meaningful response to what I needed.

I have been constantly ringing and emailing to get a service call. I am still awaiting a call back to book a service in . It is not good customer service .

I had booked an appointment for someone to come and give a quote for a new front door and potential 3 windows. After booking the appointment scheduled for the next day. The advisor did not turn up. I didn’t receive a call. I then called them and they said we don’t know what has happened and we could reschedule for a later date. Told them not to bother and went else where. Not good customer service at all.

Hi, The on line order was straight forward but delivery was via second class post and took well over a week to be delivered. Strongly suggest first class post at these prices for 5 star customer satisfaction!!

You place an order on the website, and get a confirmation email. A week later a battered cardboard box arrives at your house with no notice or tracking information.

When the product doesn't work as advertised, you contact Anglian via webchat, end up fighting a idiotic chatbot, and eventually reach a human - who then doesn't understand how the product is supposed to work.

In summary, the ordering process is chaotic, the delivery partner is poor, customer support are hard to get hold of, and then don't know anything when you do speak to them.

Everything from the Initial Order to Delivery was perfect. Items that arrived were exactly what I wanted.

We have an Anglian front door which has gold coloured furniture which is approximately 15 years old. My first contact was to ask Anglian if the new gold coloured furniture was the same colour ask old items. There reply was non comital and not very helpful. We still ordered new furniture for the door at the end of October. When they arrived one door handle was damaged. All other items letterbox, knocker were fine. The colour was not the same but as I ordered all new furniture it did not matter. I then sent photographs of the damage and asked how to return them.
Most companies provide a label and free postage. Not Anglian I paid the postage with proof of delivery
Anglian agreed to exchange the door handles and refund the postage. I then received and email letting me know they were send a refund. I emailed back to tell them they had already agreed to send replacements as per dated email. No, if we still wanted the handles we would have to reorder. I did this and the new handles arrived with no damage. now guess what I have still not been refunded the postage even though they said they have actioned it. It has always been me that has chased. This is now the 11th December.

I needed to replace 2 window handles for my 1980's Anglian bay window. The web site is useful in locating the type of replacement handles I needed/wanted.Spoke to customer service team because was unsure whether the current handle design with shorter spindles would work in my older model. They couldn't be sure and had no way of determining this, but advised that if I ordered and tried them and they did not fit, I could return them for a full refund. Ordered and they were delivered in prime condition.

Took a while to arrive but all in order when it did appear
