Shop 247.com Reviews

I bought an inflatable turkey and it doesn't inflate right. I wrote to the company it took time to get back, then they wanted the invoice information, then they asked for a picture. Asking for the invoice ok but then a picture. I just am tired of the back and forth so I told them to forget it.

Excellent product that was delivered quickly.

I’m very pleased with the with the ordering process and the time it took to receive my order. What I ordered was as it was described and I would definitely recommend to others.

It was very easy once I found the golf clubs I wanted for my Granddaughter. She is a south paw and junior clubs are not easy to find or clubs that are better made unless you want to spend big money on starter clubs. These clubs were a great price. They were shipped FAST and now the hard part is not giving them to her until Christmas.

Product was as described fast delivery

Golf Clubs came quickly and as advertised. Purchased Texas Wedges. Good service!

One of my product showed up broken however the response and replacement was immediate which was great! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Got what was ordered and it was as advertised. Received in a timely manner. Reasonable price.

Excellent shipped on time. Was the right product will use again

We ordered a treadmill from this company last week. It arrived very promptly. Once we opened the package and started to build this "folding treadmill" it became apparent that this was not going to be possible. One of the bottom blocking pins securing the upright handlebars was out of alignment meaning that only one side would be secure. Then, the top locking pins was also do badly out of alignment that this too was impossible to secure, on fact the plastic knurled handle to it broke into three pieces.
I then tried to ring this company to discuss how to return this faulty item. The automatic telephone system let s you ring, BUT it cuts you off after less
than two minutes. The voicemail option doesn't allow you to leave a message and the call back option is also inoperable.
I tried on the day to bring for over three hours!!!! I tried again this morning as soon as the office was due to open to be met with the same issue. I am out of pocket to the tune of £250, which they were keen enough to take!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DON'T BE SUCKED IN BY THE SLICK WEBSITE. We have a useless piece of equipment taking up space, which we cannot arrange return of.
Angry does not describe how I feel about them.
