Shop 247.com Reviews

I never received my item and the issue hasn't been resolved still

Great product, inexpensive, fast shipping

The treadmill I ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time, there was a little damage to the outside box. However the treadmill was well protected inside and had no damage. I am very pleased with the product.

We couldn't find this item anywhere else. Service and delivery were excellent.

Fast shipping, good value would recommend.

Two issues
1. Delivered late - missed Christmas
2. Hooks to hold net are on the wrong side of the base - as depicted in the instructions

Fast communicative service on a competitively priced product

Yes, I am very happy at big Christmas tree. I like them very much.

I have called twice for replacement part and at every time the associate says we will contact you via email regarding your request and I don’t receive anything

It came before Christmas!!!!!!!

Ordering was a breeze and I got email updates to track the shipment. The prize was great too, very competitive.

I'd have done a zero star rating buy it wasn't an option. This company is pathetic. Returned a defective product and was told I had to pay for shipping myself. That was 73.00. They said I'd get a full refund once item was received. Amazon covered my 73.00 shipping cost as they have an A-Z guarantee. That was fantastic. This third party seller 247 USA found out that Amazon covered my shipping and decided to only cover 34.00 of my return adding up to my total cost of the product. Being still out the 73.00, Amazon AGAIN covered that amount that 247 screwed me on. Worst customer service ever. They screwed amazon also allowing them to cover all but 33.00 of the entire cost. Pathetic seller.

the product was great better then expected. Could have used more notices of when to expect it or where it was in transit

Best fastest arrival ever, great product too!

My item arrived a day early. It was in good condition. The treadmill went together easily
and trust me I am not good at putting things together.
The purchase price was well worth the quality of the tred mill
I will use 24/7 again.

Great Purchase,
I ordered a open box Bar table. I was very concerned at first cause there wasn't any reviews but I went on purchased. The box definitely was open and closed with just a piece off box covering the top to keep close. I put this together in about 1 hour, with help here and there from my brother. It was very easy to assemble the most easiest thing I ever put together. It's a few scrapes on the wood but nothing really too noticeable. For it to be a open box item and it looks very very nice.

Experience could not have been any better! Easy purchase, good shipping notifications, fast delivery. I will keep Shop 247.com in mind for future needs.

I was a little worried about this, but I bought an open box treadmill via shop 247.com and delivery was good and in the time frame expected. The treadmill works well so far and was in good shape for being an open box.

Although there were issues with the ordering process the workers of Shop247 handled the situation well and professionally. The issue was fixed in short time and shipped quickly. I received the package on time and the item is exactly as the description portrays it. I would highly consider purchasing from this company again.
