Shop 247.com Reviews

I ordered two golf clubs, a MacGregor Driver (adjustable loft) and a #3 Fairway Wood (also adjustable). The web site pictures were very accurate and so was the description of items received. The clubs arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. I have no qualms in recommending Shop247.com for golf purchases, especially MacGregor branded golf clubs, irons, and club sets. FIVE STARS for quality, pricing, and speed of delivery.

I was sent golf clubs for left handed when I ordered right handed.
I need return authorization and shipping address so I can return for credit and then reorder right handed clubs.

I was surprised when my order was delivered on Easter Sunday. When I placed my order it was shipped free and was received within the time they said. I am pleased with my purchase and the price. I look forward to purchase more products from Shop 247.com.

Purchased a golf bag with a rain cover, didn’t receive the rain cover. Was told that it was going to be rectified and it hasn’t been. It’s been over a week.

Ordered a golf bag. Wasn't quite what we expected and requested a return label and credit. Crickets!!!
I called, left messages and used the Amazon return process.
Based on other reviews I would say that this is typical. I wish I had checked the reviews first.

Great service and the shipping was very quick. Highly recommended!!

very un happy with this tree , does not look like the picture i saw of it, in fact will be sending back, very cheeply made.

I am exceptionally pleased!
I had a few small doubts as I have not done business with this company before. Those doubts are GONE. GONE.

I have a very hard-to-find BBQ Gazebo - it is not a standard size. I was in desperate need of a replacement cover for it. Shop247.com had exactly what I was looking for in stock. The ordering process was simple. I got email updates on my order. It arrived right on time and most importantly - it fit perfectly! I could not be more pleased!!

I'm very happy with the product & it came quickly

I receive the product on time and in good condition. I would recommend to my friends and family

Applied for return label, can’t get a answer. We have emailed, phoned and have tried everything to get a hold of someone, absolutely nothing!Worst thing ever!!!Got my money,I guess that’s all that matters😳

I received my order promptly. The head covers were exactly as pictured and worked great.

No instructions? Thankfully, my handy husband figured out how to put it together... now we wait (but not hope) for snow...

Horrible I was charged multiple times for multiple units when I only ordered 2 & they were suppose to be in clothed & heavy duty yet they are cheaply made not sturdy at all

Item ( patio cover)as ordered arrived within the promised time, have not yet opened the package as we are still in midst of winter.
Thank you for the great service.

Update on purchase, as we have kind of spring weather with temps in the 50’s I decided to install the cover.
Great material and the bottom fits as a glove. The top center piece is twice the size as the old one which makes it unusable unless we take it to a seamstress to be altered.
I assume there are different models in the line up, the base measurement is 4x8 but the center hole obviously
different. This is the Palm Springs version and perhaps that’s the right model and we have a different one. As this was purchased at Sears perhaps they had several different models within the base measurement 4x8.
Will try to research within Sears but ...... after all they are closed . All is well

Great prices but....My product came missing parts and I called and a man said he'd check to see if they had parts and call me by the net day. that didnt happen.

The Caddymatic Golf Cart was an ‘open box’ item but was faultless, the outside packaging looked a little rough but inside everything was perfect. Just what I was looking for at a great price.

Customer service absolutely rubbish. E-mailed,phoned tried to leave a message they will not reply or respond. Purchased a treadmill 6 moths, has developed a fault and trying to correct. Going to pursue through the Credit Card Dept.
