Shop 247.com Reviews

Shop not answering phone or email 24/7 ! Still no response from my continued request for an update via email. Phone system is non functional, no call back service or answer machine , no refund, awful service.
I will continue to post reviews until Someone replies!

Item was practically brand new. No missing parts, no damages box and the best part was it was delivered in 2 days.

My shipment arrived with some of the parts left out. I contacted Support. They immediately put another shipment in the mail and I received it four days later with everything in it. I appreciated it. Thanks.

I could not be more pleased with my Shop 247 experience. I ordered a 20’X40’ event tent and it arrived quickly, as described and in good order. The most impressive part of the experience was when I realize two pole feet were missing. I contacted customer service. They were polite and quick to respond. I received the missing parts in less than a week. I look forward to additional Shop 247 experiences in the future!

I got charged $10 today and I didn't even subscribe to your website. If you check, I also couldn't log in using the password you sent me thru email

My items arrived damaged. I emailed regarding my concern and no one has gotten back to me.

Smooth and easy transaction. Thanks again.

Quicker than expected delivery with solid packaging - very good experience!

Had a problem with one of the poles not having the proper screw insert it was missing but the company really stepped up to the plate and sent us a new one we didn't have to send the old one back we just supplied proof and pictures of what was missing.

Great prices and promt service

Great experience shopping , and shipment arrived just in time. The only little thing is that i bought an Opened box article which came broken - gladly not from an important piece but from an accesory.

Purchased thru Walmart. Had to order 3 times to get what was actually ordered. But now have all pieces (golf head covers) Will return over shipment.

I was looking for a golf bag and did not want to spend a lot off money.
I saw this bag and it looked great but thought it was to cheap.
When I received the golf bag I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and size.
It is great value and a great bag.

I received my article very quickly and are very satisfied with it.

I gave you 4 stars simply because we all have room to improve

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Been waiting for months for a label to send back the wrong item.
Customer service is crap.
Buyer beware!!!!

Excellent service! Fast delivery.

Good product.

Nice head covers. Bought to protect clubs until missing replacement comes. Will keep as I love the red white and blue colors. Matches my MacGregor bag.
