Placed an order for two wigs and 1 minutes after I placed it I reached out to them by email to change the color of one of the wigs because somehow the color changed from what I had originally selected when i paid for it. Of course they have no phone number for you to call them, only email. They responded saying the new order hasn’t been processed in the system yet. Not too long after that after that I receive a text saying my order was being shipped. I reach out to them to say I hope they were able to change the color and they told me they were unable to make the change because it was still processing in the system so they shipped it out without making any changes. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. All of this happened wothin 1 to 2 hours. Definitely will not be ordering from them anymore. I should have read all the negative customer service reviews before I ordered. So now I’ll never order from shophairwigs.com nor ebonyline.com since they are the same company

Be cautious about buying products for discounts with this company. I was manipulated into giving 2 five star reviews and mentioning "Larissa" from the chat line for a $7 discount. I did the 2 five star reviews, mentioned Larissa and had some problems screen shooting them to the company. I told them the problem and did not get a direct response to my query for help nor did I get the $7 discount. I want to revoke my reviews on trust pilot and ebonyline (the 2 links they provided for my "positive" reviews) because it was not good service provided by "Larissa" it was the $7 discount used to bait me in. As a senior citizen 66.5 years old I should have known better...but I took the bait.I am leery of companies who operate with questionable integrity. If you provide outstanding customer service you will receive 5 star reviews and people will repeat their business with you. I learned my lesson.

On 11/30/23, I placed an order on Shophairwigs.com for an IT'S A WIG - Salon Remi 100% Brazilian Human Hair Wig, Color: Dark Brown for $69.29. Upon completion of the order, I received an email which stated the Order Number was 101611043, but there wasn't a picture. Most orders now also provide a written description of the merchandise/products and a picture of what was purchased. Since I wanted to see a picture of the wig I ordered, I went back to Shophairwigs.com to find a picture. I searched, but I couldn't find it anymore. I searched for 30 minutes without any success, so I engaged with Chat. My order was placed at 5:05 am. It was several hours later by now, but the Live Chat Rep couldn't find my order with the Order Number and other info I provided to confirm the order was placed. The Rep then asked if I had checked Ebonyonline? I asked why would I check Ebonyonline when I placed the order with Shophairwigs.com? I stated that I wouldn't be purchasing from Shophairwigs.com anymore as their purchasing process was too confusing. I've also placed orders with Ebonyonline previously and they WERE NOT PROCESSED CORRECTLY or RESOLVED in a TIMELY MANNER! The Rep (Larissa) advised that she would research my order and send me an email. I finally received the information I needed, but I'm not accustomed to having so much trouble with a single-item order. Larissa was very professional and attentive.

I placed an order and within 15 minutes, I found my product on Amazon. I thought it was going to be difficult to cancel my order. I sent an email to cancel. But I saw that I could just chat online and Zahid was wonderful, she not only refunded me, but she also gave me the same deal as Amazon was going to give me. I just thought that was the BEST customer service EVER!! You have a CUSTOMER for LIFE.

Placed my order and the label was created on 10/27/23, as of 11/17/23 I still have not received my order. I choose economy for shipping and FedEx is keeping my package hostage and when I contacted Shop Hair Wigs and asked for a refund Zahid told me the claim would take 10 to 14 days and it already over two weeks since I ordered.....it's BS!🤬😡

I have been a loyal customer for years but I won't order from this company again and advise anyone thinking about ordering to think twice.

Do not recommend . They offer discounts to leave positives reviews before buying . Got offended because I asked why were their so many bad reviews

I have ordered thousands of dollars' worth of wigs from this company. They used FEDEX Ground in which the delivery driver delivered to wrong address. Of course, I was blown off by FEDEX and advised to reach out to the company the merchandise was ordered from that would be Shophairwigs and have them file a claim for lost package. I reached out via email, the only way to contact them received a response that I was basically SOL and if I wanted to GUARANTEE that I would receive my orders, I should have requested a delivery signature (anybody) could have signed for package that guarantees NOTHING. My problem is, I knew when the issue was discarded by FEDEX, the oh well response from Shophairwigs I was screwed. I order from this company 3-4 times a month and as a loyal customer I am left feeling like we got your money, next order you will know better. Not expecting anything to come of this review just buyers BEWARE, hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
