I'm highly disappointed with this company.
I ordered two wigs from them and the whole order was $60.97. I waited for weeks and never received an tracking number. I contacted them through PayPal and they told me. I will have to wait into the order is shipped back to them to receive an refund. I asked for the tracking number to see if if the order was really sent and the never replied me. I escalated the case with PayPal and this company had the audacity to offer me an partial refund. For an order that was never shipped or received.

OMG I'm so glad I found this company. The wigs are beautiful, the service is quick. I wasn't sure about the color of a wig and when I called the clerk assisted me by actually going to get the color so that she could best describe it for me.

Every wig was received and amazing! I can always find a sell out here. 5 stars and happy with my personal wigs received on time.

The worst company I ever ordered from. I never gotten an email with my tracking number or nothing. I emailed and messaged on Facebook and it gave me an automated response. Don't have a number to contact them. This business is a joke and unprofessional. I would have given them no star of it gave me the option

I am really shocked about the bad reviews.. I have been ordering from this company for about eight years now and I have never had a problem. Customer service is great and they are always professional. Dae, Larrisa, Eli just to name a few are always so polite and helpful.. I love the quality of their wigs and I'm always getting compliments. Keep up the good work some people just like to complain.

I did not receive a tracking number which scared me but on Sunday i email customer service and by Monday Ms LARISSA reached out to me and my product was in the mail the same day it took only 6 days. This is a legit company I would recommend this company

Fraud Fraud Fraud - if I could rate 0 I would. Tried to return 2 wigs that looked nothing like the pictures -was told return process was being started - I followed all instructions of return process (paid extra for insurance) all within time limit given. Received email saying item conditions did not meet requirements and some other mumbo jumbo. The wigs that I returned barely unwrapped as I could see without completely opening package - tags were not removed, etc..everything originall condition as per their terms. They essentially took my money and then some - who wants to pay postage for receive back wigs you don't want!

Placed an order on Aug 3rd..it is August 8th and no confirmation email of any kind and payment is taken out of my account. Sent an email yesterday to them, no answer. I will be contacting my bank to reverse charges and I will never waste my time with them again.
