I can't believe how disgusting this company are. I think they are commiting fraud from China. I am going to speak to trading standards and the police if I do not receive a refund.

I purchased a crochet braid n I used the 4 method payment from PayPal but I was supposed to be charged one payment today july 12 n they charged me twice ...so disappointment with them I did report the problem with PayPal let's see how it goes

There is no way to give zero stars which is the only reason for the 1 star. On June 2, 2022 I placed an order for a wig in the color plum, the order shipped 6/3 a s arrived quickly upon opening the package I realized the wig was black and blue not plum. I reached out to shophairwigs.com for a return or exchange, the company approved the return and asked for pictures of the product. I provided over 20 pictures. I requested a prepaid shipping label due to the fact this was not an error on my behalf shophairwigs refused to send. I shipped the product back as an expense to me In addition to the shipping I paid to receive the item. Once I tracked the order and it was received back by shophairwigs I asked when I would receive my refund they advised 5-7 business days. When I followed up again shophairwigs advised they could not
Issue refund & I would have to work
With PayPal. I filed a case with PayPal
And shophairwigs wigs came back
With an offer for a partial Refund of $16.79The wig cost $26.98 (shipping included) I paid $8.24 on the return shipping very unclear on how we are now down to $16.79 refund. Ive spent time, energy, gas and shipping cost

I attempted to purchase 2 items from SHOPHAIRWIGS.COM On Tuesday May 31, 2022. I made a note stating I was purchasing next day air delivery option and if the order could not arrive by Thursday to cancel the order. I initially used my P.O. Box for delivery as I use on all delivery purchases. I received an email stating the P.O. Box was not acceptable they wanted fed ex pick up address. I gave them an address -on Tuesday for a Fed ex pick up location. I also replied in the same email to NOT send the order if it could not arrive by THURSDAY. After repeated emails - after 2 pm they finally send me a tracking number showing the package would arrive on Friday after 6pm!!! I immediately emailed them telling them to refund my money and the next day air charge as I will be out of town for the next 10 days! They refuse to contact fed ex to cancel the order and told me I have to receive it to return it! PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS A FORM OF THEFT!

This company is a fake company. They take your money and do not send the product you ordered. I repeat do not order anything from they unless you just want to give money away for nothing

I ordered 2 items from them not only did they not send me my items but nor did they give me a refund for my items they are ripped off. They scammed me!

I purchased two packages of 1B Outre, one package of 33, and a Bohemian 14" head band wig. When I removed the wig from the package, I could immediately tell that it was a 10" wig. So, what they did in error was to put a 10" wing in a 14" package. They then emailed me back showing me my order and stating that this is what I ordered. I replied to that email saying "yes that is my order and if you notice their is a Bohemian 14" wig on my order, however, the wig that was in the 14" package was a 10 inch wig." I only want for them to provide me with a return label to send this wig back and for them to provide me with my correct length wig. I've explained this in about 3-4 different emails. Not only are they not acknowledging what I have stated to them or someone is not able to comprehend what I am explaining. Not looking for a refund, I would just like my Bohemian 14" wig that I DID NOT receive. Going on the 3rd week that I have been dealing with this.

The only thing worse than their wigs (which look like 2nds) was their customer service. I received on Fri evening, asked for a Return Authorization the same day and shipped back on Mon morning. They gave some bogus reasons that they were not packaged properly or didn't meet their return requirements and failed to refund me. There are several complaints from others with similar sitatuations.

I purchased three Outre wigs that were sold out on my usual sites from ShopHairWigs. I placed my order Tuesday and they were all delivered Thursday. The company sent emails consistently to keep me up to date on my order and the shipment and the wigs are all unopened, exactly what I ordered, and all in perfect condition. I’m very happy with this company and my experience and would just like to say, remember that people are more likely to write a bad review than a good one so don’t base your decision on someone else’s unfortunate experience:/

Try to get a refund because they don't have my wig in my color been two weeks still haven't got my refund

The customer service is abhorrent. I ordered crochet hair, the order went through and 3 days later I received an email that the hair wasn’t in stock. They tried to offer alternative colors or they said I could wait until their vendor sent it. They gave me a timeframe of 2 to 7 business days for the vendor to send it to them, yet they also gave me a 2 to 7 business days timeframe for me to receive it. When I inquired about which timeframe was accurate, they could not comprehend what my question was. If it was being shipped directly to me from the vendor, then this would make sense. But, if they have to wait 2 to 7 business days for the vendor to ship it to them, this means that I would not get it in 2 to 7 business days. The customer service representative could not comprehend my question. It’s my last time ordering from this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM LOL! THEY TOOK MY MONEY (LUCKILY I GOT IT BACK) AND SENT A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. NOT EVEN UPS COULD FIND MY PACKAGE.

I purchased some crochet hair May 22, 2021 total with shipping $50....NEVER RECEIVED IT! It's bs with FedEx. Like I stated before... Bc the company uses FedEx as their carrier & I can't put in a claim directly to FedEx... The company not taking this matter seriously! I loss a client & money! No one cares! But my money was spent. I never received compensation. I never experienced nothing like this before. I've been VERY Patient!!! I don't have money to just lose. This will not be swept under a rug! I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get my money or product. So this won't happen to anyone else that spends their hard earned money!

This company is a total scam. I just ordered wigs from this company that were NEVER received. I tried to contact them and had a very hard time contacting them. When I tried to contact FedEx with the tracking number they claim to have provided saying the items were shipped they just copy and pasted the FedEx number in the email. I told them I never received the product and they said it was not their problem. PayPal would not do anything on this claim and denied a refund so now I am out of almost $100 and have contacted my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam!

THEY FINALLY SENT THE WIG AFTER OVER THREE WEEKS AND IT WAS TOTAL RUBBISH, NEVER SEEN A WIG LIKE THIS BEFORE. AND THE PACKAGING WAS EXTREMELY POOR. TWO WIGS WERE STASHED IN A PLASTIC BAG TOGETHER.

Actually I give them 0 stars. They sale wigs that are nothing like the picture. It is a scam. Check the shipping address because they have multiple websites. If you wish to return a wig and they say ship to 1829 stanley st northbrook, il RUN. Don't purchase from any site that has that address as the return place. I purchased a wig that was absolutely nothing like the picture. I asked them if I could return it and they said yes. I sent it and paid for shipping and they sent it right back to me and said they couldn't accept it because the original packaging was messed up. So I actually lost more money. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY WITH THAT ADDRESS EVER AGAIN. Shophairwigs, ebonyonline, all of them are the same. There's a reason why they don't show you all the images in all colors of the wig. Do yourself a favor and just save money for a real one because these people are scammers.

Do not be lured in by the low prices or seemingly availability of items. They'll take your money, make you believe your items are coming then send you an email saying items are unavailable. I've been waiting FOUR WEEKS for 2 lace wigs. Four emails later, no response and no hair! They are a scam!!!

Ordered some wigs on 3/19. Never received a shipping notice. Emailed them on 3/24 requesting a refund. At first they tried to blame the USPS, but I told them that the mail has not been delayed for three weeks. Received an email saying my order was canceled. Next thing I know, they fraudulently charged my account and quickly shipped the order so they wouldn't have to refund me. I reported them to my bank and to the BBB. They are the most fraudulent company I've ever dealt with. I wish I didn't have to give them a star.

I ordered a wig and, after 7 days of not hearing anything, I emailed them. They said the color I ordered was out of stock and I'd have to wait another 2-7 days. I don't understand why they didn't list it as out of stock on their site. I wouldn't have ordered from them, if I'd seen that! I also haven't received a tracking number so I just have to keep track myself and keep hounding them. Wish I would've seen these reviews first.
