Ordered from this company on 2/14. Inquired as to order status today and was told the item was not in stock. Currently waiting for someone to respond to a refund request before I take it to my bank.

SCAMMERS!!! Ordered on January 18th didn’t have it in stock.. they sent an email saying they would refund my money... won’t answer emails... DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.. too many of us saying the same thing about them!!!

I purchased some hair from this site, and had nothing bad to say about this site. They responded in a timely matter, and definitely professional about there business. I will continue to order from this site, and to receive my hair...

I don’t need to explain my self. This is one of the worst companies to buy from. I placed an order on 12/5. On 12/11, I just get an email saying that the color of some hair I purchased was not in stock. You would think that the website would be updated and not have an item under *In Stock if it isn’t. Now today marks TWO WEEKS since I have received any type of information about my order. I have no email confirmation, no tracking number and these fools have the audacity to not respond to my many many emails. In addition to that, I have tried calling them which is absolutely useless because the number they use is DEAD AF. It just clicks off and you can’t leave a message at all. No one has reached back out to me via email or Instagram. I see that they can reply to comments under posts the SAME day that I comment saying to check their email. They are frauds okay F-R-A-U-D-S. Do not order from them and save yourself before you become yet another victim of false advertisement. This company is about to go down in shambles. Remember, God don’t like ugly. Y’all going to hell...

I wish I saw these before I bought the wigs they never sent them and they keep sending emails that they are processing it it has been almost a month.

What a gorgeous wig!! Unfortunately out of stock but the customer service was wonderful!! They replied right back & had a professional attitude! Your prices r amazing too!! (DAEJONNA D) was the name of the person assisting me. Tho my wig ended up not being in stock,they r refunding me since it was out of stock. Just waiting on the refund that takes 4-5 days I was told. Would I attempt to shop here again...ABSOLUTELY!!!❤️❤️❤️

I’m going back to my current fight with this Daejonna D or whatever the hec it’s name is to finish this fight for my refund.

I am very pleased with Customer Service, All my concerns were solved by a knowledgeable representative name Daejonna D.

Customer service is horrible. Don’t buy from this company. Low quality and not in stock items. I certainly just asked about if they have an item in stock form the customer service employee by the name of Dea. How pathetic and I will never buy from them again! He insulted me and called me rude like I said I guess I don’t like loyal paying customers because I would never buy from them again! You wouldn’t get a dime of my money.

THIS COMPANY IS OUT TO SCAM IT CUSTOMERS due to the fact that if an item was sold . The Customer requested a full refund . It will not happen because shophairwigs will make you think they will Process your refund however they will keep the money until they get their product in stock to ship it to out to you, thus you already purchase items from a different company. After Several emails were sent about receiving a full refund I was email yesterday September 3rd 2020 items were shipped. from August 9 when my order was made. On August 13 I email them about a full refund. Then I receive an email stating my request for a full refund will process within 2 days on to my PayPal I email them back stating I didn't have PayPal that I used my checking account,now today September 3th i receive email stating that items were ship this is completely unprofessional, Organize theft ,Once hairwig receive payment there's no refund. All Social media must know how this company operates.

Do Not and I stress DO NOT purchase anything from Shop Hair Wigs. You will not receive the wig you ordered and they will not respond to your request for a refund. They lie and claim you can return and get a refund. I have called, emailed every day since I got this low quality ugly wig that I did not order!!!!

I should have read the reviews before I purchased. DO NOT BUY from any of their companies. They are absolutely the worst in delivery, purchasing and customer service. In addition they did not ship what I ordered. Not to mention that the contact us page has a phone number listed that is dead. Office is at 1875 N Main St, Walnut Creek, CA 94596. Only thing is if this was true why are they shipping with from China. I have written my refund request today, however I have also disputed the activity with my bank. Would have disputed with Paypal as well because of Covid19 they are currently closed

I placed an order for 6 of the same packs of hair and only received 3 of what I ordered and 3 substitutes of different lengths and type. When I called them all phone lines were disconnected. So I emailed and they replied that I would have to pay return shipping and be subject to a 20% restock fee. They wouldn't acknowledge any wrong-doing and apparently they also own Ebonyline so they alleged that since I previously ordered from Ebonyline, it was OK to substitute based on what I purchased in the past. Worst part was my CC Company didn't back me up so I just got taken for my money. Would never ever again order from either company and BTW they do not send any shipping confirmations.

I placed my order and received it. I’ve never had a problem using this site. I think they might get a little aggravated because the site clearly states... sometimes if an item is not In stock they have to order it. Once they receive it then they’ll ship your order. I believe They do that to keep people from paying extra shipping. I do not work for this company but I do review the wigs. I placed my order on May7,2020 and received it May23,2020. I hope this review helps and bless you all. Stay safe and remember to put God first.

Customer service is poor shipping is poor I will never order for them again because they charge Duty fees to come to Canada and other companies don't do that never again.

While I give the company 3 stars it's just because I got my items in a timely fashion. No confirmation of order or shipping info though just showed up. I sent an email to check on the status of the order about 5 days ago and never got a response but it showed up today . The customer service from this company is awful. They are rude. I had to place my order 2x because they cancelled the 1st one. About 4 days after I placed the orginal order I received an odd email from sales@shophairwigs. I had placed 1 order previously and our communication took place under a different email so I was suspicious. Especially considering the fact that the email asked me to send a photograph of my driver's license and credit card to an unsecured Yahoo email to prove it was really me placing the order.

I simply emailed the email address that I knew was the company to verify they made this request and they responded with we always verify orders and since I obviously dont feel comfortable they can cancel my order.

Against my better judgement I emailed them back with the information they requested only mintues after and the next day they still cancelled my order. When I emailed asking why I got a three word response to order it again.

If it wasn't for the fact that this particular supplier was the only one who still had the wigs I wanted in stock I wouldn't have reordered the items but I have no intention of ordering anything from them again.

I'm rather concerned as someone posted there credit card was used by a shophairwigs employee unauthorized and have taken steps to ensure I get a text alert if every transaction made by that card. I also blocked out my driver's license number and part of the card but not sure if that will prevent them or not.
