Do not use the company. First, it takes weeks to get hair from them. It took about 3 weeks for mine to arrive. And many items on their site are not in stock. They just show them to attract you to thier site. In the end, you will waitndornhair that will not arrive. And then to get free shipping, I ordered extra hair that I didnt really want. Those were the only one they mailed

They will not pay for returns even and will.chatge you for returning items too. There are many reputable hair stores on line that ship within a day and accurately display items they have in stock

I've placed an order for a few packs of micro braids and supposed got them within 7 to 10 days and haven't gotten the order yet.

Horrible company. I paid $11 for priority shipping and received my item within 2weeks. They refused to reimburse my money.

In case you don't know, this is the same company as Ebonywigs.com. Bought a wigs from this place, and the wigs was nappy and matted in the back. It look like one of those model wigs you try on in a wig store. I ordered from Ebonywigs before and the same problem. Their wigs are very poorly made. Give them a -1 rating. They don't pay for returns. So to return and item will sometimes cost as much as the item it self. 😣

Unfortunately, I was unable to get the wig I wanted but, I was able to find another wig that I have been wanting on the site. Due to the color I wanted was out of stock for the original wig I placed order for. I was able to work with Winnah from the company who responded quickly and was very professional. Because of the great Customer Service and there fast shipping. Never had any problems with this company. I give 5 stars

Terrible and untrustworthy!! They hardly have any wigs in stock but will not state that on the site. they recently shipped an order over a month and a half after the order date.

I ordered a wig that they said was in stock I waited a week only for them to send me a package with no wig but everything else I ordered but 2 other items were also missing I contacted them they didn’t respond also took over the amount of money that was posed to be taken being that they didn’t have everything SCAM A* FRAUD COMPANY

They are the absolute worst. I ordered a wig, only to find out the next day after I contacted them for confirmation of my e-address, that it will be 2-4 days delayed, because it's sold out. So, I asked why wasn't this mentioned on the website before processing the order? I requested a refund. They've yet to respond, or process my refund. I told them I needed the hair by a specific time for an event, 2-4 days delayed before shipping out? No, thank you. The event would have already passed by then, and I paid for correct shipping. They're terrible. Do not order from here. Find another site. Divastress, Glamourtress, Wigtypes are all good websites to purchase from them!

Hair shipment came in a timely matter. Seen the wig online and thought the wig was beautiful. Once installed it started to Matt and frizz really quick. I couldn't get my money worth out it.

I wish I didn't have to even give them a star, but I have to in order to warn people about this online fraud shop. I don't even know where to start. I ordered 19A11-B2 FRNUKPCB18 Bobbi Boss Forever NU Crochet Braid KINKY PERM 18 Inch - 1B. I was sent an email after placing my order, the product I wanted was not in stock and to choose a different color or chose a replacement. So even though I was disappointed, I choose another product. The product arrived and not only was it the wrong product, but it was not even braiding hair. It was weave or tracked hair. I called the company and was on hold for over 20 minutes and probably would have been much longer. While waiting on hold, I was emailed by someone named Desiree who doesn't know braiding hair from weave tracks. So after letting them know I am waiting on hold and I will continue to hold until someone picks up the phone. Someone picked up. The person was very rude and didn't attempt to solve the issue and then hung up the phone. LISTEN PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH VIA PHONE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am very happy with shophairwigs. I had a slight delivery problem that was resolved immediately and my order arrived post haste with exactly what I ordered. Keep up the good work Shophairwigs.
