I order from them 4 weeks ago and paid extra for expedited shipping. I waited and waited and still received nothing saying they shipped my order. So I emailed (since you can't call and speak to an actual person) and inquired about my order. A few days later they answered the email without actually answering my question. I waited another week and then decided to just cancel my order and look else where. Thank God they didn't take money out of my account, but feel so foolish not looking them up BEFORE putting in my banking info.

The prices are great but they suck at sending the product out. Please don't order from these people because you will be absolutely disappointed.

Please do not order from them it's a scam. They send some people their orders, and most don't get their orders. That's to throw people off that their just scamming. I ordered a wig, they sent me an email saying my money would be refunded 4 to 5 day, and it's we'll pass that time and I haven't received a dime. It's the principal, how dare cheat people out of their hard earned money especially at a time such as this covid19 where everyone is struggling or holding onto what they have.

Don't do business here. They take your money for a product they know they don't have in stock. Wait 2 1/2 weeks to contact you via email to say your order is not in stock but wanna offer you other hair. I think if you don't have the product say it on your website and not take money and have them waiting for weeks. I will never buy nothing from this site ever!

So I was skeptical about ordering from this site so I placed a small order. Made 2 small purchases then a large order. All orders were delivered but I never received an shipping confirmation nor tracking number. Yeah I know red flags but I got my packages so I dismissed it. Anyways I recently placed an order for $260 of braiding hair it took them 1 week to lmk that part of my order was out of stock. Once I responded they sent me a list of in stock items I replied. The next day I had a fraudulent charge on my account ( not making the connection at first ). I happened to check my account on their website and the status of my order said canceled. But they sent me an email saying my order would ship soon. It will be two weeks since I placed my order and still nothing. The only great thing out of this is that I was not charged on my account for this order unfortunately I was a victim of their scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I received an email saying they did not have the 3 wigs I ordered. I told them to return my money. I still have gotten my money back. They keep emailing saying we do not take your money until the items ship yet my account is less that amount. They said it was a temporary hold that would be released in 4-5 days, we’ll its past that time and I still do not have my money I’m my bank account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered braiding hair and was expecting it to be delivered within a few business days . Due to covid-19 I understood that shipping times and delivery dates may be delayed and I was okay with that . After some time had passed , I still hadn’t received an email with my tracking number . I reached out via email and was told the product I ordered was not in stock and I could either request a different color or wait for my original order. Which would take an additional 5-7 business days . When I ordered the hair , it should’ve immediately stated that item was not in stock . But that message never appeared so I was unaware . Once they attempted to fulfill that order and realized the hair was not in stock I should received an email stating that. But I did not receive that email . I had to reach out to them first and THEN was told I would need to order something else or wait . They are taking money from customers using false advertisement. They are advertising products they don’t have and failing to inform their customers. After reading multiple reviews I am not the only one . In fact most people who order from the website have had the same experience . I don’t know that this website is a scam but they are certainly unprofessional and need work on communication.

Ebonyline & Shophairwigs are two different websites, but it is the same company providing the same bad service.

This review is not based on a one-off purchase, but off the back of spending thousands of $$$ across a year or so. In the end, I concluded that they work dishonestly and provide very poor service. They never admit when they make a mistake and if you complain they ban you from their websites.

I'll give you an example, let's say you buy 7 items. They calculate the postage on the basis of 7 items. Depending on where you are shipping to, that can be up to $10 or more per item. When you receive your package, there are only 6 items. So naturally you contact them. When, and if, they do respond, they deny it. If you push hard enough, they may refund the item, but CRUCIALLY not the shipping. So they cheat you out of $10+. If you complain too much, they ban you.

Out of all the orders I received, approximately 40% had missing items/errors. An extremely high error rate. Most of the time, they wouldn't refund. In the end, I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get the refund for the missing items. Result if you raise a dispute, they ban you.

One of my shipments ended up in another country, on the opposite side of the world to where it was supposed to be. Result of complaining, you got it, they ban you.

I paid extra for priority shipping and they sent my stuff standard shipping and didn't refund the difference. The stuff arrived late. I complained. Result: ban.

For a while, they advertised same day shipping and I waited around 5 days for it just to be to be despatched. No point complaining. Just suck it up. I wanted the stuff and it was out of stock at my favourite store.

In addition to this, the communication is poor and when you contact them and they finally respond, they either don't have the information or fob you off.

How do I know that I got banned they told me outright: you raised a dispute, so we banned you. They never acknowledged that after having fobbed me off for 6-8 weeks, THEN, I had to raise a dispute. They simply believe that you have no right to complain, or try to get your money back.

Ebonyline/Shophairwigs is a million dollar company that is built on cheating its customers out of small sums of money.

If you make fairly small irregular purchases, you might not notice, but if you make regular larger purchases, it becomes all too evident.

Of all the places that I've shopped, I've never had issues like with them. So, I don't bother with them anymore. A lot of the YouTube recommendations for them are from their sponsored influencers (although they don't tell you that). There are several other websites that you can shop from. All of them provide an infinitely better service than Ebonyline/Shophairwigs.

Ordered products on 4/1/2020 waited 3 days for shipping confirmation. Absolutely nothing. My money was taken but no shipping confirmation made. Researched the reviews which are terrible. Contacted company via phone was told by automated voicemail to send email sent 3 emails still no response I just want my order canceled and refunded and take my business elsewhere

About 90% of the time I place an order, I receive an email back from them stating that the color I chose is not in stock. However, it continues to remain as an available color option on their website. When I email them about this I get reaponses back that make no sense and have nothing to do with resolving the issue. I find this practice to be very misleading and misrepresenting to the consumer.
Also, unlike other sites, they do not notify you when your order ships out, so you are not provided with a tracking number and left to sit, wait and just wonder when it will arrive. I did give 2 stars though because I've always received my orders and rhey were always what I ordered. For those who complain about the hair/wig...that is the manufacturer's fault, not the store's.

I have found them to be very quick on shipping and communication. I have bought so far 4 times and they never let me down. I was skeptical at first but. I'm happy with them. 3 days and my box is here.

Wow!!!! I'm afraid to order..this is ridiculous.

Placed my order almost a week ago, no tracking and it has not been shipped out yet. My hair will not be here in enough time for my appointment. The phone number must be for fronting only because no one ever answers when you call.

I ordered a wig from this site and got a email a day later indicating that the hair color for the wig I wanted was out of stock and was given a list of available colors to choose from. When I sent them the new color I chose, I heard nothing back and the wig was supposed to be delivered US priority mail. Days passed without a tracking number or notification of delivery. So when I called customer service that was when they said the second color was also sold out! Well when were they planning to let me know that? I asked for a refund. Now let’s see if I even get that back. Stay away at all costs. They are a “middle man” scam website that lure you in with a discounted price and availability of the product, then up charge you with shipping costs only to then say the item isn’t available, but by then they have your money!
They never have anything in stock and buy from the distributor before sending it to you, and that’s if you even receive it!

This is a scam company someone stole my debit card and used it to order stuff. They are refusing to refund my money so now I'm looking into suing them and contacted PayPal to get my money BK. Do not order from them.195$ was stolen from me by this company.

I tried calling several times to cancel my order. No one answers the phone. I had put my order in a couple days ago and it still hadn't been shipped.

So I called PayPal and opened a dispute because I had no way of reaching them, and I was starting to think this business isn't even real. Then I emailed Shop Hair Wigs, telling them they either give me my money back, or PayPal will force it out of their hands.

5 minutes later, I got my money back. All because Shop Hair Wigs refunded it, rather than going through a case with PayPal.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I'm just lucky I use PayPal just in case business are shady like this one. They're clearly there and not answering phones. I doubt they would have answered my email if I had chosen to email them before calling PayPal.

They were prompt when I emailed them with getting back to me. And they even sent a free gift. I highly recommend ordering through them. Very satisfied!

I'm starting to think I'm out $80. It says delivered,left at front door but I was home all day waiting-nothing ever came!! I sent emails to shophairwigs and no reply.
I always get my deliveries from everywhere else, I'm wondering why not them. This feels like a SCAM. I'm looking into my bank reversing charges now.
