The store at 70 Eglinton just doesn't answer the phone. After seeing the news report that they were improving delivers I wanted info however because they did not answer I shall stay with my courier service NEVER would I trust them

Very disappointed with Shoppers Drug Mart. This is the second time I’ve received completely different free samples from the ones I selected with my order. This time, I received menopause cream that I have absolutely no use for. What’s the point of letting customers choose samples if they ’re just going to send random products instead? This has happened twice now, and it’s frustrating and unacceptable. Please stop advertising a choice of free samples if you’re not going to send the ones customers actually select.

My husband and I went in for passport pictures on Innes Road, Orleans and were instantly “greeted” with annoyance and a snapping clerk.
After the pictures were taken, we weren’t initially advised what our options were for getting the pictures and were once again seriously “dressed down.”
It’s a good thing my husband was there, because I had to step back before saying something I would have regretted.
It is highly unlikely that I will ever again set foot in this store again.

Update: My picture did not meet government requirements. When I went back and told her the government website said something about “facial recognition, she literally flicked her hand at the picture and stated, “It is.” She then told me I would have to get a letter from the government before she would retake it.
The photographer at the mall, who did take an acceptable photo, (thank you), pointed out two, possibly three issues with the Shoppers picture.
Needless to say, the total lack of professionalism or customer service at this store is mind-boggling.

I was a customer at the 17th ave and 7th st location for 4 years. Not once did they ever deliver my meds or my insure. They stalled me for well over a year. Now i got to another drug store where they care about there people not there money. This store is the worst ever.

I recently bought a pair of tweezers
They turned out to be a very poor quality. Given how Shoppers is a premium and expensive store I would assume that they had a return policy of satisfaction guaranteed

I was quite surprised to hear that they would not take it back because it was opened

It leaves me, wondering why anybody would shop at a shoppers when they could go to Walmart for the same product cheaper price and a no questions asked return policy

3 customers before me when I arrived at this Canada Post location inside Jane/Finch Mall yesterday's afternoon around 5:20pm. Only this female manager on duty who has been finding me completely not to her liking for 10-15 years since I confronted her & her sister having an extended personal conversation & gigs while over 10 people were waiting (when I arrived) in line (and getting bigger) for postal service in addition to several other complaints about her attitude, selective discrimination & inappropriate service mannerism that I had been receiving from her

After seeing only her working at the time, I was struggling whether to leave or continued lining up. After she saw me being next in line, I felt strongly that she was deliberately dragging time & making me increasing annoyed by asking the customer in front of me his personal information ----full address, spelling of his first & last name, phone #, etc. repeatedly at least 3 times in addition to "finding" him better rate/price whatsoever & so on--simply kept changing this, confirming that, repeating whatever & so on.

After 10-15 minutes or so, I showed to this "disrespectful" manager a return parcel with a shipping label indicating "Fedex" despite I have email return parcel shipping label + instructions to drop this off at a Canada Post location by the label issuer. ( I do not think this matters even if I could show this rude manager a copy of this email because as soon as she saw "Fedex" on the label, she would not spend 1 second more with me & simply ordered me to "GET LOST!" when I was trying to explain & reason with her as follows)

I asked her to scan to see if I could really drop this off at this location. She simply repeated that it is a Fede parcel. She ignored my request & ordered me within 5-10 seconds after my 15-minute wait for service " You & I are both educated people. You can see this (the label) says Fedex, not Canada Post, so GET LOST!" She did not listen to my explaining to her that the return label issuer said in their email to drop this off at Canada Post... Then she repeated her order "GET LOST!"

I asked & insisted to speak with her manager or store manager. She called someone & no one showed up after over 5 minutes. I asked if someone is coming. She made another call reluctantly & ignored me completely when I asked her if she knows a Fedex location nearby.

4 mall security personnel showed up. I explained to them what happened & I just wanted to speak to a manager. They helped me find 2 Fedex locations & I also chatted with a male person with no name tag who claimed he is the owner of this SDM . I spoke to this "owner" for about 30 minutes, sharing with him my never good service experience with this post office manager for 2 decades more or less.

I only use post office at this location when I have no other choice as I find it totally unpleasant, intimidating/insulting when having contact with this manager as we dislike each other yet I feel that she is using her position & authority to selectively not being very nice to people she dislike on a professional basis level.

I personally find this manager being very rude, no mannerism or professionalism /ethics every time when dealing with me possibly as a retaliation tactic against me as I complained about her multiple times with no consequence as far as I am concerned.

This time I complained to the "owner" directly instead of some powerless or better yet care-less assistant managers whatsoever. Yet I do not feel much confidence that my complaint this time would not be swept under the carpet again. If so, I simply stop giving this SDM & its post office any further of my any business for the rest of my time... END!

On Thanksgiving day I called to refill a prescription and have it delivered. I called twice. The first time was in the afternoon and I was #1 in the queue for 1/2 hour before I had to hang up. The second time was in the evening around 8 pm. I started at #4 in the queue and after 1 hrs 20 minutes had moved to #1. I held for another 20+ minutes and finally gave up. I have been a loyal customer at the Strathroy SDM for nearly 15 years but I am seriously contemplating switching drug stores. Customer service is very important to me but SDM doesn’t appear to care about providing good service to their customers - unacceptable in today’s economic climate. There are other drug stores in Strathroy and SDM should realize that they’re not the only game in town.

Constant glitches with this app. Has been for years. I honestly believe at this point shoppers drug mart just doesn't care. They do nothing but apologize yet nothing gets done. They give the same advice over and over clear cache use a different nbrowser uninstall reinstall. Its the only app I have issues with and apparently im not the only one. For the last 2 weeks prompts you to add samples yet when you click to add nothing but a blank page with a done button at the bottom.again they suggest the above which has been done over and over. If there were serious about helping and if they cared problems wouldn't keep happening constantly.all they do is frustrate customers and I think they enjoy it. Seems like I'm a sucker for punishment

I would like to recognize Lesley, who works at the Shoppers Drug Mart at New Street and Guelph Line. Every time I visit the post office, she is incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. She always goes above and beyond to assist me, and her friendly attitude makes every visit a pleasant experience. Lesley provides wonderful customer service and truly deserves to be recognized for the care and dedication she shows to customers. Thank you, Lesley, for always being so helpful and welcoming! ❤️

Around April last year Chantel, who is an employee for the beauty department accused my daughter of stealing. She tried to humiliate her and interrote in front of others. I wonder what kind of employees they keep here. Would not reccomend this location at all. Yikes. And she still workes here FYI.

In and out with my prescription

I went to my local SDM today and while the sales person was very pleasant, I left without buying the majority of items on my list as SDM has cancelled or greatly reduced the seniors bonus program without notice. I used to buy a long list of items on the last Thursday of every month when they offered a $10 bonus. I was given misinformation (as I was before) that the bonus program was not happening today but to check back next week. I said no as I have heard that before and it was not accurate, so I asked her to check further. She checked with her manager and confirmed that the bonus program is eliminated or greatly reduced. Good bye Shoppers Drugmart. No need to deal with your overpriced stuff anymore. I will shop elsewhere and hope that your decision causes you to lose business.

Ordered online, I am in Ontario/GTA area - yet my order is shipped from BC?? and will take over a week to get to me. Very disappointed - I will no longer bother to shop online from Shoppers Drug Mart - they even state orders for GTA will only take up to 3 days!!

Super-frustrated. I bought online, and the delivery service say they attempted to deliver 3 times and I wasn't here. But I was here at ALL 3 times. They didn't even try to get buzzed in, or call me. And now they've marked my package to be sent back to SDM, so I have to spend time to chase it down. This will cost me a lot more in time than it was worth for those savings. The worst is that this has happened before. Shame on me for continuing to do business here.

Very disappointing experience today. I went to Shoppers around 10:30 a.m. and saw an employee putting Pokémon cards out. I was excited because my daughter is really into Pokémon, and the new 30th Anniversary set had just been released.

I was told there was a limit of one Pokémon product per customer and that only a single pack and a tin were available. I understood the policy and purchased one tin and one pack.

However, I later saw an employee from the pharmacy take a box from the back storage area into the pharmacy area. He then took one of the Pokémon 30th Anniversary sets out of the box to show his coworkers. When I asked about the set, I was told that none were available.

I explained to the employee what I had just seen and asked about the set again. The response was very impatient and made me feel like I was causing trouble simply by asking a reasonable question. I was again told that only a tin and a single pack were available, despite what I had personally witnessed.

This experience left me with the impression that some of the more valuable Pokémon products may have been set aside for employees. Considering the high resale value of these items, I find this especially concerning.

I truly believe that if there is a one-per-customer policy, it should apply equally to employees and customers. Families and kids should have a fair opportunity to purchase these products. More importantly, customers should be treated respectfully when asking questions about product availability.

I'm furious. This woman who works at SDM pretty much everyday is always SO rude. Today I was asking her, nicely about how to use optimum points and every question received rolling eyes. She was clearly frustrated by my two questions. She is always rude plus she takes her sweet time..today was on her phone. I can't understand why you keep someone who has little to no respect for the customer. I have several friends and family who feel the same. One refuses to go there during the week because of her. I will be doing the same. Oh plus..as I was leaving I quietly said, unbelievable and she laughed at me as I was leaving.....very inappropriate. What happened to treating customers with respect. This happens ALL the time where she's rude. She wears a scarf over her head...only saying cuz I don't know her name but she's there always during the day, during the week. Fyi I am not prejudice at all..never have been. I treat people the way I'm treated.

I have been a customer at SDM since a teenager, and I appalled how they treat loyal customers. I recently purchase a gift card a SDM, for Lululemon, and when I tired using it with my daughter, I was told it declined. I submitted an inquiry with SDM and Lululemon an both insisted the card was already redeemed! and they are unable to provide funds. That is not acceptable! When you work hard for your money and purchase a gift card from one of their locations as a gift, and it is defected, it is the responsibility of corporation to replace or refund it, not told already been redeemed. And told it happens often with the gift cards. I will continue to reach for a resolution. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM ANY SDM!!!

I received my online order (Order #P1-904473838) on July 15, 2026, which included a promotional gift set. Upon checking, the gift items were ALREADY EXPIRED (marked 03/2026 & 04/2026)—meaning they shipped stock that expired months before my order was even placed.
Sending expired skincare products is unsafe and unacceptable. To make matters worse, customer service dismissed my issue using a "30-day return policy" and disconnected the chat. Shipping expired goods is a quality failure, not a standard return. Extremely disappointing service.

Shoppers Drug Mart Life Brand Clear Bandages are the worst band aid to purchase. The paper they are wrapped in is so thin you can't get the band aid out without ripping it. Such a waste of money. I will never purchase life brand again.

I visit your store on 10th Line and Thomas in Mississauga, Ontario often . Justin who is one of the associates there goes over and beyond to be helpful . Very kind always a big smile. Justin always helps with any questions I may have . I’m sure other customers would say the same . Keep up the great work Justin .
