Expensive for Accessories …
Event was very well organised although we didn’t find anything we wanted to buy. Accessories Items still quite expensive compared to elsewhere. Neptune needs to review their purchasing as many items were labelled ‘overstocked’.

Very Well Organised Event
A great event, particularly as we were able to buy the exact table that I have been hankering after for some time, at a really well reduced price. The best thing though was the team in place on the day of our visit (Sunday morning). From a kind team member looking after our little dog downstairs so that my husband and I could look at the piece together, from plenty of help and advice on the sales floor (Michelle) and another really helpful guy who's name I've forgotten (sorry). The queuing at the end was time consuming, but the discount available on the day, made this worthwhile.

NOT WORTH VISITING
Painful ticket booking procedure with all sorts of draconian rules. Stayed about 10 minutes. Huge warehouse full of rather worn looking large furniture. Very small selection of the smaller items.

A very well run event by Showcase
A very well run event by Showcase, on behalf of Neptune. Staff were efficient and friendly and it was a pleasure to visit. My only minor complaint would be the queuing at the tills ft or the accessory items - in future more tills please.
The pick up /collection point was smooth and plenty of strong guys to assist with loading.
Very well done and I will now look out for more Showcase events. Thank you.

An excellent shopping experience!
This was an excellent sale and a very positive experience from start to finish. The staff, from those on the door, to those on the warehouse floor and those on the tills were extremely polite, friendly and completely willing to help.
The sale was very well organised with the right amount of visitors in the warehouse at one time. The time slot was adequate time to browse.
This was my first experience, but I’m now looking forward to the next event!
Would recommend 100%!

Brilliantly organised
Brilliantly organised, staff were friendly, helpful and very polite. The collection service was really slick. A vast improvement from the previous sale at the Blagrove warehouse, plenty of time and space to browse.

Neptune warehouse sale in Highworth
Attended the Neptune warehouse sale twice at Highworth, I’m fortunate to live only 4 miles away. Good prices with extra 15% off already half price which was restocked over the 4 days. Good stock of items compared with the normal outlet in Blagrove especially accessories which were in perfect condition. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, a pleasure to visit.

Attended the Neptune Warehouse sale in…
Attended the Neptune Warehouse sale in Swindon. The sale itself was disappointing. Much of the furniture was dented and knocked about and the accessories were bland. Sofas which were marked were still £2000. The reason for the high mark is for Showcase themselves. Very well organised but the team of staff, from the lady in the car park, reception and the people on the floor were a credit to the company. Very friendly, helpful and hard working.

A bit chaotic on arrival
A bit chaotic on arrival, even though we weren't early... a few nice pieces at good discounts if you wanted a dining table or perhaps a sofa or wardrobe. Staff helpful. After paying for a priority access on Thursday first thing 8.30am, I was a bit cross to then get an email yesterday saying that there was a further 15% discount. Personally, the whole experience somewhat devalued the Neptune brand to us.

Good selection of products.
Spent around 45 minutes queuing to pay just to buy the products as staff were slow making the transactions on their laptop/till. That was the only let down.

Neptune Factory Sale
Very well organised, customers entered in manageable volumes to minimise crowding. Good level of stock constantly replenished on day 3 of sale. All staff very helpful. Michelle helped us with our furniture purchases and she was fantastic.
