Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Gave a refund for a part that was no fault of their own in receiving back from us due to Royal Mails incompetence. Top service & would use again. 👍👍

Exceptional service from all the staff
Exceptional service from all the staff. We didn’t quite trust our measurements for one of the parts we needed. We placed a measuring tape near the old part and sent a photo. Just had the new part fitted today and it works a dream. Thank you!

Our ancient shower screen door rollers were totally bunged up and the part checker service found the updated version of the roller. It was very competitively priced and the guidance and advice from Jo was superb. Thanks for getting my screen door rolling again.

Great service
Great service. Parts to order were not in stock. They helped identify the parts from photos and kept me in the loop as to when the parts were available to order. They give some profits to local causes too.

The item was in my opinion was over priced.
The item was in my opinion way over priced. It was a hook bracket for the bottom of a shower door and it was £25.99, all other items for doors, runners etc were between £6 and £8. I assumed my part was cast or metal but it turned out to be 2 prices of thin metallic plastic, 2 screws and a white plastic clip. It worked perfect and the choice on the website was awesome but the price of this one item?????? Check around.

Antwoord van Shower Part
Hi Brian, Thank you for your review. As we explained to you via email, our prices are entirely dependent on costs charged by our suppliers. Some parts are manufactured directly for us which means we can keeps our prices as low as possible for our customers. Other parts have to be sourced from other suppliers and retailers and this means they are more expensive for us to purchase, and this then has to be reflected in our sale price.
The part you ordered is a Novellini part (for which there is no cheaper alternative) that we had to source from a specific international supplier which also increased the cost.
We hope that this helps to clarify the pricing query for you.
Best wishes, Shower Part.

Many thanks Will definitely be using this company again! Excellent and thoroughly recommend.
