Faultless service from the Shower Part Team. Searched for parts for a old shower cubicle, specifically the runners for the door. Found exactly what I was looking for. Always have doubts about using sites I'd never heard of and sending payments. However, no such fears anymore. Ordered, paid and delivered within the week, outstanding service, thanks for your help 10/10. Will use again and would definitely recommend..

Wheels were good. Not the exact part but they do the job. It is an old shower, so did pretty good on estimating part i needed.

Very prompt and helpful in identifying replacement parts for my obsolete shower door runners. Prompt delivery and easily fitted.

Very easy to find the part I was looking for on the site. Great service and quick delivery.

Jo and Rod were very helpful from the first contact , right through product selection , ordering and delivery has been first class .

I have found them extremely efficient and reliable

Super service and prompt delivery as needed a replacement runner for shower door

Staff were really helpful online in matching my product via a photo , it’s a really good tool

Needed a part for my shower door. Sent Shower Part a photo, they identified the part, unfortunately it was out of stock at the time. They notified when it was back in stock, I ordered it straightaway and it arrived the next day. Really great service, can’t thank them enough.

Without much notice, the upper rollers on one of the sliding doors of my B&Q shower unit (purchased in 2019) failed. Until I discovered Shower Part, a few days later, I was extremely worried about how I was going to resolve the problem.

However, having found the roller type required on their website, I placed an order, and received the rollers the next day - as promised on the website.

I have nothing but praise for the efficient and cost effective solution provided by Shower Part, and have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone who experiences a shower part issue.

This is second time I’ve used ‘Shower Part’ and I can honestly say both time were perfect absolutely correct parts and very good quality sent next day top service from a great company thanks !

Top service. Gave details/dimensions of shower roller wheels to them using their part query service (I emailed them as the online service couldn't attach my photos). They recommended a part. I ordered. It arrived early next day. Fairly priced too. Top marks all round. Many thanks

Great service and help finding the correct part for our shower, I spent a long time trying to find the correct rollers for our shower, It seems the previous owner had incorrectly switched the top and bottom rollers. Now all sorted and replacements for the other door on order. Excellent stock of pars and next day delivery 5*

I’d trawled all round my home town looking for replacement roller fixings for my quadrant shower but had no luck. I ordered from showerpart who offer the most amazing help by looking at your photos and checking measurements. Amazing service! Oh PLUS next day delivery at no cost. Thank you so much 🙏

My order if a glass door shower handle arrived promptly, is solid and fitted (as I had measured it against the web site specifications) perfectly. I particularly wanted a round design and enjoy not getting bruises from bumping into any corners. The only improvement I can think of is to make giving feedback via the website easier - I couldn't find where I might have been able to do so..

Quick delivery. Good product. Would buy from this company again

great service, also ordered wrong fitting great return service and next day delivery

Good quality, good value, excellent delivery.
