We moved into our new home on Forest Edge recently and cannot thank Ruth and the team on site enough for all the help and advice they gave us. Ruth went out of her way to be helpful and any teething problems or questions we had were dealt with immediately by Ruth, Liam & Andy the Site Managers. Despite the fact the site is still under construction, the guys on site have been extremely helpful and have tried to cause as little inconvenience to the residents as possible. We are very happy with our new home and can highly recommend Shropshire Homes especially Ruth and the team for their friendly but professional approach.

Through the process from viewing the site, reservation, hiccups with aspects during the conversation process at Woodhouse Farmhouse, into the final moving in stage the Shropshire Homes team have been constructive and supportive.

Build quality and the conversion is excellent. Of course there are some niggles, there are with any property, but I have felt listened to and solutions have been and are being found.

It is helpful to have a Sales Office on site with the same Sales Executive, Caroline, who has been a wonderful and constant support and advisor through this whole relocation from Somerset to Priorslee.

I would thoroughly recommend Shropshire Homes as a developer and thank Caroline and her team for their past and continued efforts.

We moved into our new house recently at Woodhouse Farm Priorslee after reserving our property in June. Our Sales Executive was Caroline at Shropshire Homes and we have to say she has been amazing and very professional from the beginning and right up to completion and also any after sales queries. She always has a smile and warm greetings whenever we have called into the showhome. Caroline endeavoured to always kept us informed throughout our journey and made the process of buying our new home as smooth as possible. We are also very grateful for the support from Caroline and the whole team at Shropshire Homes. We would highly recommend both Caroline and Shropshire Homes for future home buyers.

Maggie at the Crudgington Fields Phase 2 development was a very friendly professional person who went above & beyond to help us turn a house into a home, even when timescales for choices had surpassed she did her level best to assist us with our preferred choices,thanks Maggie it really makes the difference to other builders that we had visited that were unwilling to assist us in our new home journey!

The workmanship on the build is in our opinion a very good quality & again the Site manager Stuart always tried to accommodate us moving sockets and getting extras ordered such as wine coolers

We purchased our new home in Laurence Park. From the very beginning we had good customer service from Jean in Sales, always listening and answering any queries we had and sorting any issues raised. Jean remained in contact by phone or email. We visited the site so often whilst the house was in the process of being built I’m sure Jean felt like locking the sales office door when we turned up but she always had a smile on her face. Finally a shout out to Darren and John for overlooking the house build and to Simon the painter and decorator for the excellent paintwork in our new home.

Avoid. Customer service leave a lot to be desired. Their ethos is to get houses up as soon as possible (known as house bashers locally). We walked away before it was too late. Hundreds of problems identified with a house that is apparently ready to move into, including lifting roof tiles, damp, broken floor tiles, fascias fallen off, garden soggy and full of building debris to name a few. I hate to think how some of these houses will look in 10+ years! Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

We have had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Shropshire Homes, and still ongoing. Indeed this is why we have bought from them again this time.
Particular acknowledgment to Ruth in sales, for whom nothing has been too much trouble and whose level , calm demeanour has kept us largely sane. She’s had a solution to everything.
Also thanks to Liam for being so approachable and making himself available for all out questions.
There has been a great variety of choices and finishes. In short we’re delighted and would definitely recommend!

Great experience buying our house at Ledwyche Rise, Jill, the sales lady, and the site manager Phil, have been extremely accommodating We were able to do site visits Really friendly and made you feel at ease with the whole process.
Didn’t expect as many snags but they have been dealt with from the amazing team Shropshire homes have.

Just moved into our new home with Shropshire Homes and the whole customer journey from start to finish has been incredible! We couldn't thank Ruth the sales executive at forest edge enough- she has been amazing she is so kind and incredibly helpful! And Liam the Site Manager has also been amazing he ensures everything is done to the best standard and the whole team at forest edge has honestly just made buying a new build an exciting experience! Many stories around new builds almost put us off buying a new build property but we would honestly definetely recommend shropshire homes!
