Charged so much money-Croydon purely way
I have rented for a month, I gave my notice 15days before, my end date was 23rd February, I thought there would be an automatic email reminder before the end date. I forgot it and on 25th I received an email saying the unit was not vacated, so I went to vacant it on the same morning( there was only several boxes), then I emailed them to tell them. Today I received a bill of £91.68!!! I can’t believe it! My end date was 23rd, I moved out on 25th morning, so at most 2 days and they charged me for £91.68?? And now the unit is empty, they can rent it to anyone. I was planning to go back but definitely not anymore!

Do not pay anything extra, they will not refund you!
"Experienced staff member" gave me the wrong dates to move out thus incurred unnecessary additional charges on my account! Neither store manager nor the area manager have authority to refund such charges incurred as a result of misinformation provided by store staff. Don't take their word for it, pointless having the staff in the office.
