Great products and craftsmen but bumpy journey
The finished kitchen is fantastic, the products are excellent, high spec and well built. The contractors were brilliant and went out of their way to resolve problems and get the kitchen installed.
We had some issues, delays with the worktops and admin hiccups which were very frustrating. In the end it took 2 months to be completed which was not ideal.
But the finished product is excellent and we are very happy with our new kitchen.

Sigma fitted kitchen
The planning and delivery of all units Electrics and Quartz worktop was exceptional. We went away on holiday for 3 weeks when the Kitchen was being fitted. We gave Dean Edwards our fitter and Alan Williams the electrician both a key to our home. Every thing was scheduled to be delivered, fitted and rubbish taken away by Morgan Leyshon at the Swansea branch. We came home to a fantastic kitchen fitted to a high standard, new electrics from main box for the hob and extra oven, all rubbish was taken by Environmental services. This is worth paying for.

We were recommended Sigma County…
We were recommended Sigma County kitchens in Esher from a friend. We were doing a whole downstairs house rebuild and our kitchen was going to be bigger and more sociable. We were looking for a grey shaker style with gold handles and a large island to entertain around.
From first impressions Phil at Sigma was warm and friendly, professional and made us feel right at home when choosing our new kitchen. He gave us lots of ideas and creative input and made lots of helpful suggestions towards making our kitchen exactly how we wanted. He even helped us choose the correct flooring to work with our kitchen and new utility. It was so exciting to see our kitchen when it came to the design stage and after a few tweaks we were 100% happy with the design.
Ralph was fantastic at overseeing the installer and installation dates, confirming what we had ordered, visiting our home, measuring up and communication from start to finish was fantastic.
Our fitter Glen was superb, always on time, very neat and tidy and quietly got on with the job. Everything went to clockwork time wise and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result!
We have a brand new kitchen with a gorgeous bar area, large kitchen island and a spacious utility. We highly recommend Sigma to anyone looking for a new kitchen! Our family and friends all love our new sociable kitchen that we will make lots of memories in. Thanks so much Sigma!

All round professional service and excellent quality.
This was our second kitchen from Sigma 3 with the first lasting over 20 years and was still in a very good condition.
With the second recently installed I can still say that their quality and standards still remain exceptional.
Our design requirements were very well understood by Bryony and she came up with a practical and innovative kitchen. A special thanks for her patience with my endless questions and for being there whenever we had any queries.
Jason was very thorough with the installation requirements and visited when a small issue arose.
Mike the fitter worked long hours, especially when he had to travel from Newport to Swansea. His craftsmanship was first class.

Excellent Service and Products
We've been planning our kitchen with Tom at Sigma3 in Swansea for the best part of 3 years. The advice, input and expertise provided by Tom was second to none and we would highly recommend to friends and family.
We did experience a small issue with delivery but the way in which Beth at Sigma3 dealt with it was fantastic. The problem was resolved swiftly and incredibly professionally.

Sigma3 were great throughout. Dean gave us a fabulous design and their flexibility to make spaces work was just a cut above. Everything we’d hoped for!

We were looking for a kitchen company that could help us with our very tricky layout. We visited a few places and it was only when we met Rasa at Sigma 3 Kitchens, that we found someone genuinely interested in helping us.
She really listened to everything that we had in mind and after going through all the options and possible solutions, we finally had the perfect design in front of us.

Third project with Sigma 3 and still faultless
We've just had a home office and utility room completed by Sigma 3, and once again they've been superb. This is our third project with them, as they've fitted two kitchens for us previously, and the quality of the service has been consistent every single time.
Robyn handled the design and was excellent. She listened to how we actually wanted to use the spaces rather than just selling us a look, and came back with ideas we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Nigel was our fitter and did a first class job: tidy, punctual, and clearly someone who takes real pride in his work. The finish is excellent and both rooms work exactly as we'd hoped. Ed was on hand throughout as well, which gave us confidence the whole way through.
The fact that we've gone back to them three times says everything. Thank you to Robyn, Nigel and Ed. Highly recommended.

Everything from start to finish was effortless on our part. The showroom staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about their high quality Sigma kitchen products/appliances etc.
Everything went to plan. Dean, from the Cardiff store designed a wow factor kitchen for us, which was affordable and practical. There was a wide choice of units etc.
Mike Jones, who fitted our kitchen is
highly recommend by us. He was professional, trustworthy, and a great project manager, as he also did some building work for us. His whole team were pleasant, reliable and highly skilled.
I would recommend Sigma to anyone thinking about installing a new kitchen. Initially, I thought a Sigma kitchen would out of our price range, but that was not the case, as the whole design can be made extremely flexible in terms of costs etc.

Delightful New Kitchen!
After visiting quite a few kitchen companies, we were very happy to find Sigma 3 County Kitchens in Esher.
From the warm welcome through the showroom door to the design consultants ideas and expertise, was a professional reassured experience.
The fantastic design by Melina was on point from every corner covered. Every stage was discuss and checked, tweaked and resolved to our delight.
Their installation manager Steve went above and beyond to check our own personal kitchen fitter's installement which was not his remit but he kindly assisted when we needed some guidance.
The kitchen looks absolutely stunning, great quality, reasonably priced and first class service all round.

Revamping our original Sigma 3 Kitchen!
We chose Sigma 3 as the house we purchased already had a Sigma 3 kitchen and it had clearly stood the test of time and we just wanted a revamp.... Well, wow, what a revamp we have got! I am so happy with our kitchen, I keep standing in it smiling! The quality of the kitchen and the precision of the fitting is just phenomenal. Very disappointing
We recently had a new kitchen from Sigma 3, Culver house Cross branch.
We wanted a stressfree experience.
These are just some of the things that happened which definitely didn’t provide us with the smooth transition promised.
The kitchen was chosen, the designer came to the house to plan the kitchen and we were told how much it would cost. We then went back to sign the contract and pay our deposit.
The work top, handles and splashback was not what we ordered and therefore had a substantial amount to pay on top of what we were originally quoted ( they did pay the difference for the splashback because they said we had to pay more for it to be reinforced, which we were not told at the time)
The project manager and person who was going to see the project came to the house and it was arranged they would pick up the key and start the work while we were on holidays, because we have a big dog who likes to be in the kitchen and this would be useful as he would be in kennels.
Was told they would be in contact two weeks before we went away, didn’t hear anything. Contacted the person 2 weeks before we were going away and he didn’t get back to us, phoned him again
and he said “he couldn’t come because he was going away for the weekend and told us the skip was coming next day.
Now if we had not phoned him, our cars would have been on the drive and the skip would have nowhere to go. He sent his father around for the key afterwards.
He was supposed to drop the key off for the kitchen fitters, came home from holidays kitchen fitters knew nothing about this and could not get in, when my husband phoned the overseer. He had left the key outside the house where somebody could have seen it.
The painter was dropped off, but had not been left any “ contract paint “ , my husband had to go and get some.
The shelves we requested couldn’t be put up because when replastering the wall should have had something behind it so the shelves could be fitted ( they knew this and said we can still do it, however the kitchen had already been painted )
The window sill was still in place and was supposed to be removed so the quartz could be put on ,the overseer
Said, don’t worry, that’s fine. They can.wrap it around., the gentlemen fitting ithe quartz tops disagreed and wanted it removed.
The fridge/freezer was not the one we ordered and had a scratch on the door, when the new door came, it was the wrong size.
The electrician was going to fit white sockets, although we had ordered chrome and if we hadn’t been in the house the white sockets would have been fitted.
We asked to see the project manager again before work started and he didn’t seem to remember anything we had wanted from the last meeting and just agreed with us when we went over things.
We asked to see the manager, he came to the house and when we were trying to explain our concerns, he kept interrupting and clearly was not listening, he said he would look into it and get back to us later on with feedback. 4 weeks later when we had the splashback fitted, he phoned ( because the splashback delivery had been delayed at least twice)
When my husband inquired regarding our concerns, he agreed to come and see us again.
The manager asked if we were pleased with the kitchen, which we were and when we asked him about his feedback, he said “ it was sorted”, he again did not address our concerns and kept making excuses.
He was very unprofessional, only apologised when we told him we hadn’t had any apology from him and I felt he was very much out of his depth.
I would like to say the kitchen fitters, painter and electrician and Quartz fitter were very professional.
