Emma displayed excellent knowledge during the design phase and guided us through the process in a friendly and professional manner resulting in the end product being exactly what we wanted.

During the installation phase both Emma and Craig maintained regular contact and answered all queries promptly and efficiently.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of our new kitchen and would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Ryan the kitchen designer was extremely patient with us as we talked to him about what we wanted. He took us through what Sigma3 can do, and gave us excellent advise to achieve the end result we were looking for, along with the various appliances we can have in the kitchen. We settled for Neff appliances and doors with no handles, and a gloss finish for ease of cleaning. We are returning customers and the kitchen lived up to the previous quality of our first kitchen. We did make changes, and Ryan was patient and made several changes with sound advice along the way. The kitchen was delivered as planned, and we met our kitchen fitter Mike.
Mike was the consummate tradesman and nothing was too much trouble for him, and he did a first class job of fitting the kitchen and all of its appliances.
We would highly recommend both Ryan and Mike, along with the quality of the Sigma3 range, to any potential buyers

I have had sigma 3 to design and install my gorgeous kitchen and was so impressed by the staff in the Swansea showroom and the quality of the product, the aftercare and also the fitting that we went back and had a beautiful bedroom designed and fitted by them, I can honestly say I can not find one fault with them for anything, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fabulous kitchen and bedroom designed and product, just amazing from first visit to completion

We are absolutely delighted with our new Sigma kitchen and would highly recommend the quality and workmanship. Everything went smoothly and we were given advance notice of all the installation dates. Fitters were professional from start to completion.

Phil Rose did an incredible job reimagining the layout of our house to give us a beautiful open plan space and then designed us a gorgeous kitchen, utility and bar space. He has fantastic vision and creativity. Ralph Buckley lent a personal touch to the kitchen fitting process and kept us very well informed throughout. He took great pains to solve an unforeseen error in the kitchen order and was very apologetic about a delay with our kitchen worktop and splashback. Glenn our kitchen fitter did a wonderful job. We are extremely happy overall.

From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Robyn was incredibly patient while we worked out exactly what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable, offered great practical advice, and never made us feel under any pressure or rushed. She even designed three different kitchen layouts before we made our final decision.

Iestyn then fitted the kitchen and was fantastic. He suggested a few helpful tweaks along the way and was professional throughout. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

10/10 for both quality and overall experience. We shopped around before making our decision, but there was simply no comparison. Sigma stood out from the start, and we’re delighted we chose them. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very helpful staff from the outset. Had a visit to measure up very promptly and our designer Robyn then had a number of design options ready for us to view and make our choice. We were supported throughout our kitchen purchase and Robyn was very patient and helpful answering our queries and when we wanted some amendments to the design. Once design fully decided we had a visit from Laura our installation manager who came out to check all measurements and ensure we were happy with all aspects of the kitchen. The kitchen was delivered on time and very efficiently and we are very pleased with the quality. We had our own fitters and they were easily able to liaise with Sigma with any queries they had on the fit. Would highly recommend Sigma for the quality of the kitchen and the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff and would most definitely use them again

The whole experience with Sigma 3 was a delight. Their products and range are superb: they're beautiful and of high quality and very well designed. And their service is excellent with friendly and helpful designers and efficient delivery services. We also found them to be very competitive Vs other providers of similar quality. We had a few small issues that were resolved efficiently and without any quibble.

We now have a beautiful kitchen and are absolutely delighted with our choice to go with Sigma. We'd absolutely choose them again and would recommend them to others.

We have recently had a kitchen fitted of the highest quality from Sigma3 Abergavenny, superbly designed by Barbara Brnak, she was amazing.
It was a professional and flawless experience from day one, with much help from David Lowe installation manager.
We were so lucky to have Karl Annett and his team to prepare and install the kitchen.They were all brilliant, very customer focused and professional in all aspects of their work. It was a real pleasure to have them working at our home.

I chose sigma3 because they had such good reviews. I’d looked at wren, but decided to use sigma as the designer seemed very professional, guaranteed that any problems would be sorted out by them efficiently, unlike wren. I used an independent fitter, a trusted family friend and was confident the fitting would be relatively easy for him as it was so well planned.
The first delivery came and two of the units were the wrong size, so they had to be reordered (this took a week as the factory is in Wales and they only deliver to London once a week)
Then we discovered that the measurement were wrong, 10cm too long, which meant the units on that wall didn’t fit. In order to compensate for this my builder extended the wall. When I complained to sigma about this, the design manager,came to measure and then stated that this was part of the plan to extend the wall to fit the units! Absolutely not true, and later they paid my builder for this extension, admission of guilt! The kitchen had been measured previously by both the designer and his manager
I ordered a unit with drawers, the drawers didn’t come, when they did come they didn’t fit, so again my builder had to do adjustments, he had to remove the back panel and cut it putting the bottom half further back so the drawers would fit. The door hinges were wrong so they had to be changed. Finally the cutlery drawer was too big so that had to be changed.
I felt very let down and disappointed with this company, they were reluctant to admit responsibility and apologise and slow to put things right. The mistakes caused delays, meaning I was without a kitchen for longer, costs of eating out, using laundry services plus the anxiety of constantly chasing them up.
As I said they did finally pay the builder for his extra work and after several phone calls to the head office I was given a small some of money as a ‘good will gesture’ !!
I didn’t deal with the manager of the branch in Esher. I spoke to him on one occasion and he made me feel very uncomfortable. When I complained about the miss measurements, he said ‘I need to think about my allegations as the designers could lose their jobs as it would be seen as gross misconduct’ This should never be put on the customer, staff discipline is not the customers responsibility.
No allowances were made for the pipes from the boiler, which were clearly visible, when measuring for the washing machine, I’m waiting to get a plumber to move some of these (at my expense)
All in all, very disappointed, too many mistakes and a refusal to take ownership.

The planning, advice, delivery and installation of a new kitchen was exceptional.
Following agreement of a design, the organisation of every tradesman and a timetable was created. The implementation was to timetable and the result spectacular. Advice by David Davies on where to purchase tiles (Gwent Tiles) proved invaluable.

From the initial consultation, through the on site survey, design process, final negotiation, installation & after sales we have been treated courteously & professionally by Dave Davies at Sigma 3. His knowledge, experience & technical know how were pivotal in delivering the kitchen exactly to our requirements. The fitter Andrew was also first class & completed the installation on time & with the minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sigma 3 to anybody wishing to have an aesthetically pleasing, high specification kitchen installed.

Our whole experience with Sigma 3 was totally excellent. From our initial contact after disappointing visits to other kitchen suppliers the team at Sigma just totally got it. Our designer Martyn was brilliant, he even visited us to get a feel for what we were like as people to make the kitchen work for us, aesthetically and technically. Our brief was wood and white, to go with the rest of our Victorian terrace refurb. Martyn’s design ideas and knowledge have enabled us to maximise our storage and functionality. Sigma also recommended a team of builders covering every trade that prepped our kitchen before install. They were unbelievably brilliant, polite and highly skilled and kept us informed throughout the process. Five star service from Sigma 3, Dominic Jones and Chris Humphreys who fitted the kitchen. Chris is an incredible multi skilled carpenter and scribed the Sigma cabinets to our wonky Victorian walls to perfection and was utterly amazing. Such skills! After ordering the kitchen we were looked after by installation manager Louise who surveyed the space to check it worked technically and provided advice, schedule information with dates and times for each part of the process.

We visited the Sigma branch at Culverhouse Cross having researched kitchen companies local to Cowbridge. We were made very welcome and met Robyn who helped us through the process of choosing a new kitchen. We needed building work done first, so it was quite a long process, October 2025 to April 2026. Robyn designed a beautiful kitchen for us, visiting the house before and after the building work. She showed us all the options available to us and was very helpful and patient.
There were a few issues mid installation, but with an additional cost these were resolved. All of the staff involved were very helpful throughout the process. The fitters did an excellent job, took photos during the process for us. Louise ensured that communication with other people involved went very smoothly, with everyone working together. The quartz worktops were expertly installed and really make the kitchen look amazing.

From the moment my husband and I walked into Sigma, we knew that they were the one we would choose to supply us with my dream kitchen. Having visited other suppliers, including D.I.Y. superstores, as well as other well known Kitchen/Bedroom suppliers, the ambiance and professionalism just reached out to us.
The range and quality of kitchen units blew us away. With so much on offer, I sought out a representative, who was called Eleanor.
Wow, wow, wow! What Eleanor didn’t know, you could write on an old fashioned sized postage stamp! Eleanor and I discussed my requirements that I wanted for my dream kitchen, and whether or not they would work, and if not, suggested an alternative.
The quality of Sigma’s cabinetry is second to none. Together, with such a large variety of cabinetry, my dream kitchen became a reality.
Eleanor also advised us on appliances, sinks, taps, handles etc., and I couldn’t be happier, as are my family who get to eat what I cook/bake in my new kitchen.
The service that I received from Eleanor Hughes, Tony Cole, and the guy who templated my quartz worktops, was exemplary. They’re a credit to Sigma and Sigma’s partners. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sigma to any of my family or friends.

We’re happy with the overall service we got from Sigma 3. We wanted a kitchen that fulfilled our storage requirements and that would provide ease of use, keeping within budget. Discussions with Joseph Jeynes, the Sigma 3 kitchen designer at the store helped us to get exactly what we were looking for; the computer generated design was as accurate as could be.
Nigel Jenkins, the project manager assigned to us, ensured that each phase of the work progressed smoothly from one to the other and all the workmen were aware of what the others were doing. Everyone involved had respect for each other and were always polite and courteous.
Installing a new kitchen is a great upheaval but Sigma 3 made it as easy and smooth as possible. Thank you.
