Had a slight issue with a Caple single leaver tap which was supplied and fitted by a third party during a full kitchen refurbishment. After providing receipts I was promptly sent a replacement spout which unfortunately didn't solve the issue.
After getting back in touch with Caple customer service rep Gill she promptly sent out a new full replacement like for like tap, couldn't ask for a better after sales support.

I had a small issue with a part needing replaced.I found customer service from Olivia Wright to be very good regarding communication and solving the issue . I will return to this company in the future
Hannah Cope was extremely helpful.
The grease filter I needed is no longer available, however Hannah emailed me instructions on cleaning.

I have had to replace like for like as no other distributor does the integrated tall freezer, when buying it on line at no point was it mentioned that I would have to pay even more for it to be installed and the old one taken away, I think spending that amount on a new freezer , that extra cost should have been mentioned
