As a well-known lifelong lover of the SX carriage prams - I still have two 20+ years old models - I was asked if a young family member could' borrow' one. The prams are in excellent condition but I wanted one or two little replacements.

I received quick delivery and updates all the way upto receiving my order. The product is excellent quality and great value for money. Really pleased with the item.

Having a really bad experience with Silver Cross. I placed an order for a high chair, they sent a completely wrong one. Spoke to customer service who confirmed straight away they would arrange the correct chair to be sent and the wrong order to be picked up within a couple of days. This didn't happen. I phone up, email, told they will phone me back and am being fobbed off. At the point now where I've just asked they process a refund instead so I can buy a chair somewhere else, they've ignored this too. I'm at a loss with them, all I wanted was my baby to sit in a highchair at the dinner table with us and get ready for solids herself.

Great product, great lead time, fast response on email. Instructins could be slightly more intuitive, is my only fault.

Very disappointing customer service and unresolved product faults

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of my Silver Cross Reef Neptune & Footmuff and the way Silver Cross has handled my complaint.

I purchased the product on 8 January 2026 for €399. I subsequently experienced significant problems with the pram, including a defective wheel and a folding mechanism that does not function correctly. These are not minor cosmetic issues — they directly affect the functionality and intended use of the product.

I first contacted Silver Cross on 27 July 2026 and provided photographic and video evidence of the faults. Despite this, I had to repeatedly chase them for a meaningful response.

Silver Cross eventually arranged to collect the pram for inspection. The pram was collected on 18 August, and despite the fact that it has now been in their possession, I have still been left waiting for a proper update or resolution.

Throughout this process, I have been clear that I want a full refund. Instead, I have experienced delays, repeated follow-ups and uncertainty about when this matter will actually be resolved.

For a company selling premium baby products, I expected a much higher standard of product quality and, more importantly, customer service when something goes wrong.

The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and has significantly damaged my confidence in Silver Cross. I would not recommend purchasing from Silver Cross based on my experience so far.

I hope Silver Cross eventually resolves this matter appropriately, but the way this complaint has been handled has been extremely disappointing.

I have been contacted eventually by SilverCorss and confirmed the refund would be processed and issued. It has been more than one week now and I still have no confirmation that the refund has been processed and don’t have a buggy anymore. Just cannot recommend it enough to stay away from this brand.

Wonderful experience from Silver Cross, we lost our shoulder pads from our Clic travel buggy. Originally SC didnt offer next day delivery on parts but we needed them as had a holiday booked in a couple days time so got in touch with Customer services who went above & beyond and sent them out next day delivery.

Csnt ask for more! Really happy customers 😊
