Silver cross has been so helpful with everything and answering to my messages super quick! Not only do I love my stroller but the customer service has been incredible! Can’t recommend this company enough!

Lovely high chair, excellent quality and super quick and efficient service

Went into John Lewis to trial in person but the website was clear with what were the benefits to each model and we were able to choose the right one that suited our lifestyle

We recently bought the Silver Cross Breeze travel set and have been really impressed so far. It feels sturdy and well made, but still looks really stylish and premium. The travel system is easy to use and feels comfortable for the baby, while the pushchair is smooth to manoeuvre and practical for everyday use.

There was a slight issue with our travel bag arriving damaged, but aside from that, we’re very happy with the overall quality and design. Overall, we’d definitely recommend the Silver Cross Breeze travel set to anyone looking for a stylish, practical and high-quality travel system.

We needed to get a repair on our silver cross dune 2 pram under the warranty.

It was easily sorted via the customer services and picked up by DPD, after a box was sent out in advance.

Whilst the repair took place we were shocked to find that we were not notified of the return delivery date, or what had actually been wrong/replaced on our pram and returned home to find it dumped on the doorstep with a hole in the box.

A £1.5k pram should have been returned to us in a better state, under tracked delivery with notification so we should have been either able to stay in, or open our safe place.

Unfortunately Silver Cross, after apologising via the messaging system said it was not their fault because it was DPD and therefore there was nothing else they could do. However THEY didn’t message to say what repair had taken place either.

So a mixed customer service.

I found the website had lots of information on the specification of each of the high chairs I looked at which was really helpful. Delivery was fast and communication good

Beautiful, well crafted products from Silver Cross.
The website was easy to navigate, get relevant information and compare models.

We ended up picking the NIA in chocolate that looks gorgeous.
It’s light and easy to fold without compromising quality and functionality for everyday use or traveling.
We can’t wait for our little one’s arrival to test it out properly.

For the beginning we will use the fully reclined car seat for everyday/short distances or bassinet and then move on to the seated stroller that can also recline but feel the car seat offers more support for those first few weeks.
I would just add that the stroller seat is not that easy/quick to switch between that and the bassinet/car seat. So just need a bit more planning before heading out but guess this will only be for the beginning.

The car seat was in stock, dispatched same day and arrived next day. It's a good car seat (considering car seats are the worst item of child paraphernalia!) it's the 2nd one we have bought as our 2nd child is now old enough for front facing. Looks smart, easy to install (a little heavy) seems comfortable, straps don't seem to twist, wipes clean relatively well.

I find people being able to upload photos to their reviews extremely helpful as it can help to see the colours/design more clearly especially for the nursery furniture.

Very easy to use

Got exactly what I wanted for my grandson to use when he visits my home. The highchair was easy to order and reduced in the sale. Easy to order too. It hasn’t been delivered yet, so I can’t comment on the product, but I’m expecting it to be to the high standard that his pram is.

Easy to navigate website. Quality of products is great, there's cheaper out there but you get what you pay for. Had silver cross for my own children and now buying for my first grandchild.

We’ve had the clic pram since birth and my boys now 14months. It’s been everywhere with us and grown with him. We love its versatility and adaptability, despite its hammering it still looks as good as new. We lost a part and think it’s great that we can just order replacements, stress free and cheap. We have a few other products and love them all, totally recommend Silver Cross.
