The product itself did almost everything we wanted - you can remote unlock and also unlock with biometric and passcode etc whcih all work really well.
Overall very happy - highly recommended

Great customer service
Great customer service. I bought a few locks of them. Had an issue with 1 or 2 and they were both replaced very quick without complications.... door handles work very well and reliable. This is the future we have been waiting for.

What a relief these locks are compared…
What a relief these locks are compared to the bulky Yale ones. I had my doubts at first, but that changed very quickly once installed. Much better control, integration and response time then Yale. Have them for a year now and they work great. Haven't even replaced the batteries yet. Great product.

Firstly the lock is a breeze to fit
Firstly the lock is a breeze to fit, except when your previous one was a Yale Connexis which seemed to line up perfectly with the existing holes. The issue I had was due to needing a top hole for the attachment which was tricky due to the location of the cylinder, this has nothing to do with Simpled.
The incredible but that was down to Simpled was the support in getting it working! I had an issue with width of the my door which was centimetres shorter than the smaller spindle, the Tech Team called and were brilliant at talking through options.
The lock itself is so far brilliant and worth every penny, the fingerprint does at times fail but never to the extend of not gaining access. In terms of comparison to my previous lock they are worlds apart, Simpled being far superior in terms of quality and customer service.

Great service and product
Great service and product - I have 2 of the simpled SF series locks. I initially bought one for my mothers house to support her as she has dementia. This product has been essential in allowing her to remain in the family home. We recently had an issue with the outside not locking correctly and the fingerprint reader failing. After a brief exchange they sent out a replacement part immediately.

Great service and friendly helpful support
Great service and friendly help on whatever is needed. It was my first smart lock to fit and pair up for serviced accomodation. Don't get frustrated if you cannot speak to someone when you phone support. I did at first but after leaving my first message, i was called back each time very quickly. The lock is working as described and for a good price. Would recommend this company and its smart locks.

Great pre-sales advice, solid product
Having bought two smart locks from other suppliers only to find they weren't compatible, it was a relief to finally find a lock that worked. More importantly that the pre-sales advice was really helpful, fast and specific for my situation. So far very happy with the lock. It was easy to install and noone seems to have had any issues using it yet

Had an issue with a lock i installed last year. Contacted support (Angel) who resolved the issue for me very satisfactorily. This is why I'm ordering a second lock from them. Trust. I trust they have a support process staffed by people and solving any issues I might have.

There's Great, Good and Bad
As the title says, there's Great, Good and Bad.
First the Good, the lock.
It looks good and feels sturdy when first opening the box. In fact, it's packed so nicely it could give any new smart phone a run for its money. And the reason for buying the lock, was to ensure it can be locked from both sides, not just the outside, like most other smart locks. Plus the flexibility of the various ways to unlock it from the outside, finger print, key fob, code number or key (I think I've forgotten some options)
The Great part.
A few weeks after installation I encountered an issue with the lock (it was still fully operationally), but putting it politely, it really annoyed me. I contacted Simpled and after a short email exchange over two days, everything was resolved. Which far exceed my expectations. And I'm now almost glad that I had an issue with the lock, as I know now how good their Customer Service is at supporting their products.
Now unfortunately, the Bad part.
The instructions, they are bad with a capital B! I've installed a few different makes of smart locks, so I was confident I knew roughly what to do, how wrong was I. Before installing the lock on the door, I'd sort of put it together on a worktop, but the instructions just didn't make sense in places, and other steps seem to be in the wrong order and with some details missing.
Simpled says installation should take about thirty minutes, but it took me almost a whole day, which includes an hour drilling extra holes in a steel door which obviously most people won't have to do.
But even once the lock was installed, the problems with the instructions didn't stop there. I couldn't get the internal lock to work with the finger prints I wanted. It turns out from Google searches I wasn't the only person to have this issue. Apparently the inside and outside locks are totally separate from each other and need to be setup in the app as two different locks. It would have been nice if it had mentioned that in the instructions.
Overall I'm very pleased with the Simpled Double-Side lock. Would I buy a Simpled lock again, yes. Would I recommend Simpled to others, yes and I have done already.
It would be 5 out of 5, if it wasn't for the instructions!

A Great Lock
Really helpful pre-sales advice prior to fitting the Simpled EF lock to a client's door, and the lock was incredibly easy to install. Brilliant array of functions and the lock is expandable as your security system grows, so allowing additional functionality. It is essentially a 'mini Paxton' system. The App is easy to use, and it just, well, works. Great product.

The simpled smart lock company is the best in UK for the smart locks, I am tryied many locks before for my Airbnb apartments but not one was good like the simpled smart locks it's absolutely great, easy to install, very easy to operated, also the help is 24/7 and answers in few minutes so I am super happy with them so if you looking for really great smart locks or anything others just buy from Simpled easily 😉👍

Simpled customer service was a breeze to deal with. In particular, I was pleasantly surprised with the response from Natalie who supported me on my refund answering emails as early as 6:30 am - well outside the stated office hours. I wish all customer service officers could be like Natalie.

Versatile product let down by poor reliability
Have owned and operated a Simpled slimline smart lock for 20 months. Have found the functions it offers to meet our needs better than the key lock it replaced. In the time we have owned it it has failed twice. on both occasions either the front or rear part of the lock had to be replaced. Simpled sent replacements under warranty promptly and with minimal fuss. The guarantee expires in July 2025. In view of the reliability issues if it fails again after this date it is unlikely we will replace with another Simpled lock.

SF lock, Offset Spindle.
Had to modify the fit to infill the original cylinder hole, and fit lock with a self tapper, (couldn't drill through the original lock without destroying it!) Because of the offset spindle, Might be a bit difficult to fit unless you are an experienced DIYer! That said the lock worked well and without drama. Apart from my wifes fingerprint not working! (A problem she has with her phone as well!)

Quick and simple install and works as it should!
I purchased the Simpled SF-SPS after banging my head against a brick wall with the Yale Conexis L2.
I installed it in less than 1hr, I just had to drill a bigger hole for the cable to pass through and hey presto. It was in. The app just works, fobs, codes and finger printer reader works.
I can’t convey how much of a different experience it has been to the totally useless Yale equivalent.
Well recommended.

Fantastic lock for security and convenience.
I installed a Simpled lock on the front door of my house around 18 months ago. I work long days and shift work, and rent a room to AirBnB guests who often turn up when i'm at work. I used to use a key safe but lost the code once and discovered it was surprisingly easy to break into. If i can do that then so could a burgler. I feel much safer having the Simpled lock. It's really convenient for guests and I can set precise times between which the lock will allow access to guests as well as giving permanent codes to friends and family. I can also access it using my finger print, my phone, key fob and it also has a master key which is very reassuring.
The team at Simpled are very responsive to questions and supportive with installation queries. I installed the lock myself which required a bit of drilling and some DIY confidence but no special skills.
Recently the batteries in the lock were requiring frequent replacement. I contacted Simpled and they sent a replacement lock very quickly.
I am extremely happy to have this lock and would install it again in any new property for both security and convenience.

Simpled EF Weatherproof SlimSeries…
Simpled EF Weatherproof SlimSeries Smart Lock Touch is well made, and support and instructions are excellent. There are also a few useful videos on features and ftting. We are very pleased with the lock. The only issue was with the disable lock feature which is a digital action with a slider switch, we found on occasion this would engage after we left the property, therefore we don't use this feature. Battery life is excellent, we have had the lock fitted for six months and we have over 50% battery life remaining.
All unlock features are reliable, and consistent. The app is well featured. The lock looks impressive and robust once installed.
We have not added the bridge, for remote control and what effect it may have on battery life and features.
