I contacted customer support because I put in an order for 10 GB of Global Data and I forgot the promo code. They couldn't honor the price, but were willing to make it up to me by giving me 5 GB of Global Data to make up for it. I really appreciate this level of service and Simo's CS to be willing to work with me on this. I am very happy and I look forward to continuing my use of their great product

The Solis method is a very affordable way to access internet data globally. I am going on an international trip next week, and then I will know better how it works. The initial free 30 GB startup data plan is great, and so is the monthly 1 GB of data that comes with the device. The associates were very helpful in resolving a couple of problems with activation I faced.

The virtual assistant is great. I was transferred to a human rep as soon as the issue needed to be forwarded.

The rep (Sharon) was professional and very responsive. The issue was resolved promptly.

Customer service representative was very helpful. I unpackaged my Solis Pro and it was up and running within 10 minutes with the help of customer service transferring my data from one Solis to another.

Carlos quickly resolved my issue — transferring unused daypasses from old device to new/replacement device.

Their costumer service is very good and fast. The internet is pretty solid too you just have to do a single scan form time to keep the best signal.
