Needed the Solis pro as internet backup for an event activation. Perfect size that doesn't take up too much space. So far the connection seems solid. Had some challenges getting my plan setup (user error on my part!) and the support team was quick and very helpful. Great to see how responsive they were in case support is really needed.

The person I was speaking with on the phone was extremely helpful in what he could assist me with and was willing to answer all of my questions, however some of the answers he provided did not make sense to me, and when I pressed further on it, I felt as if I was not going to get an answer to the questions I had.

Technical support connected almost instantly with a real person who actually knew their stuff and had me sorted out and using the device within minutes. The agent was clear, methodical, knowledgable, and personable—which is rarer these days, and much appreciated!

Quick attention to my concern. The representative understood my concern right away and handled it with a solution immediately. Excellent service.

The SIMO Solis Hero been really great for use on international travel. Used it Italy and in Scotland and have had no issues connecting to mobile carrier hotspots to provide my devices with network without having to pay for additional cellular plans through my cellular provider. Offers a lot of flexible data options to choose from as well (just make sure to ready the policies to determine if it what you need)

The amount of time he spent with me to get everything done to me back online was almost 1 hour. I appreciated his patience and his determinations resolve the issue

Customer service is exceptional via chat. It starts with AI but gets you to a real person quickly even after hours. The actual wifi can be spotty in places, but being able to find a better service at the press of a button is very helpful.
