Solis X is a fantastic device - I’ve travelled right around the world using it with no problems at all - easy connection and great usage. The device is small enough to slip in your pocket whilst you are sightseeing and remain connected to the world. No contract, and multiple devices can join! 5 stars!!

I had question about switching between data plans. Sharon was the representative that assisted me. She explained the issue and why what I was asking for doesn’t work. However she was patient and found another solution for me. I appreciate her understanding and thorough explanation. I’ve been using Simo devices for a long time as backup internet at home and work but also as my main source of wifi when I travel. It’s been reliable always.

I had an issue with expired data, due to seasonal usage of my Hotspot. I sent an email with questions and customer service not only replied quickly but went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for me. Very impressed

Needed the Solis pro as internet backup for an event activation. Perfect size that doesn't take up too much space. So far the connection seems solid. Had some challenges getting my plan setup (user error on my part!) and the support team was quick and very helpful. Great to see how responsive they were in case support is really needed.

The person I was speaking with on the phone was extremely helpful in what he could assist me with and was willing to answer all of my questions, however some of the answers he provided did not make sense to me, and when I pressed further on it, I felt as if I was not going to get an answer to the questions I had.
