You will be throttled back with such a slow speed you cannot even log in to your account to complain about the slow speeds. I had to disconnect from the SIMO Solis and get back on my Verizon phone just to write this. Completely unacceptable, I purchased Unlimited Global Daily data plans and get about two hours of use before I get throttled back to where it’s completely useless. Think seriously before buying

It has been very good to have it when all else fails! The four star is for couple of failures, even though they were eventually dealt with satisfactorily by customer service. It should not have happen in the first place.

This company is great. I work remote and use this to work from my travel trailer. Any time I have run into an issue or had a question, they were able to resolve it immediately. They are always so kind, and I’ve never had to wait long for a resolution. I recommend this company to all my camper friends who just need data capabilities from time to time and don’t necessarily always need a monthly plan.

It took more than 15 minutes, but with a very patient person we were able to get the issue resolved.

Simo—or Solis—is a great thing. Even where there isn't really any signal, you can still pick up a network. Plus, I just buy what I need. And the support is great and very fast, too.

I left my device in the US when I was visiting, now back in Europe, I don't have my SkyRoam -- she cancelled the future billing and refunded the most recent charge.
