Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Called to ask us which day/time would be best for us for delivery and then the delivery guys took it to the bedroom, which was a huge help. Highly recommended. So much better than getting a mattress in a box left on your doorstep!

Missing parts
I was very happy with the team, who did the installation and delivery, but I was very disappointed that there were parts missing (gas lift) and that I had to navigate through the warranty claims page and have to fill out forms instead of talking to a person to describe the situation, as the sales person in the shop only referred to the website.
I also could not access the Batch number for the claim, as the packaging was already removed and now I have to wait for a claim number. The process is inconvenient and it should be solved by the installation team rather than by the customer, if there are missing parts.

Hi Tina, We are sorry that you are disappointed but appreciate your feedback. We are committed to providing you with a great experience and hope you give us another chance in the future.
Thank you Sleeping Giant!
The regular updates of the expected delivery time (‘There are three deliveries before you’ etc) were useful, and the delivery guys managed the twists and turns of the 45 stairs well. A great idea to use the plastic covering of the new mattress to take the old mattress away!

Overall great service and prices
Overall great service and prices at Sleeping Giant. Coral was professional, calm and very understanding, even with our kids running around in the showroom. She had great knowledge of all the products and gave us time to make a decision. Our order was ready earlier than expected. Prompt and efficient delivery service on a day that suited us.

Gas lift King bed delivery and assembly
We had such a great experience after a failed attempt at first delivery because our stairs were too narrow we managed to get it on the second. The delivery team were incredible and put a gas lift king bed together in 30 mins. They were respectful, efficient, great at their job and just lovely. Honestly we couldn’t be happier.
