The Slinger Bag was a terrible purchase
The Slinger Bag has been one of my more frustrating purchases. The product is poorly designed, which makes it frustrating to use and therefore useless. So many things don't work, from the power fob to the ball hopper.
Even more disappointing was the company’s response: customer service declined to meaningfully assist me or resolve the situation. They asked a million questions but then refused to provide and meaningful support. I would advise prospective buyers to look for another option instead of the Slinger Bag.
Edit: Slinger might leave this nice response now that I've exposed them. But when I contacted the directly they provided terrible support. When I contacted them on Twitter/X, they ignored me. For months. Don't be fooled, their social media team does not their product, support, or senior management. DO NOT BUY SLINGER BAG.

Poor support - no battery replacement
It would have been a really good machine if the battery had worked. Unfortunately, after less than 2 years, it does not charge anymore. The worst problem is that you cannot find it anywere and there is a message on the company site "coming soon". I have seen this message for over a year now. Very frustrated.

Overall, I'm happy with the performance of the Slinger Bag. It looks great and performs exceptionally well. Although it holds 150 balls, I think less is more. Meaning, if it were lightweight and portable to carry on my bike, I'd love it even more. Instead, it's heavy and bulky with wheels that don't swivel. I was looking to improve my tennis skills, but couldn't always find a tennis partner, so the Slinger Bag was my reliable option. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't purchase the Slinger Bag, but it's a reliable partner that helps me work on my tennis skills whenever I'm ready.

What a worthless company and terrible…
What a worthless company and terrible after-sales service. The balls keep getting stuck in front of the rollers and therefore don't come out of the machine. I have already sent many emails about this, but they offer 0.0 support and are unable to help me with this problem in any way. I have invested €95 in new balls and still no result. They keep referring me to the distributor in the Netherlands. That is just a dealer who can't help me either. Here is their response:
I understand how frustrating this situation is. However, since the Slinger Bag was originally purchased through the distributor and you are not the original purchaser, any support or service arrangements would need to be handled directly with them by the original buyer.

After reviewing your order, I can confirm it was placed on Friday, March 13 at 3:19 PM (ET), which was after our shipping cut-off time. As our warehouse is closed on weekends, the order was processed and shipped on the next business day, Monday, March 16.
Transit times can vary depending on location, and as your order was shipping to the opposite coast, delivery times are typically longer than for addresses closer to the warehouse.

This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional purchasing experiences I’ve had. Before placing my order, I did exactly what any serious buyer should do—I contacted their support team to clarify key specs like battery life and ball speed/acceleration. The agent sent me a link and pushed me to proceed.
The next day—after I had already engaged with their team and was ready to buy—they increased the price. That’s not a coincidence. That’s a company taking advantage of a “warm” customer. It’s cheap, opportunistic behavior and shows zero respect for customers.
This kind of move screams poor management, zero internal coordination, and a complete lack of business ethics. If leadership allows this, it tells you everything you need to know about the company.
And the product itself? Completely overrated. Once you actually look into it, it’s a glorified bag with a launcher—not a serious training machine. Performance is mediocre, features are limited, and it feels like you’re paying for marketing hype rather than real engineering.
Do not waste your time or money.
Spend a little more and go with the difference in quality, reliability, and overall professionalism is night and day.
