Shocking service. Very slow response times (up to 3 working days). Initially asked for a refund for the screen protector which was useless (I followed the instructions to the letter but was accused of not fitting it correctly). Now I've gone to charge my new watch for the first time and the watch has come with the wrong charger. Let's see what happens with my refund request for the watch....I expect they'll accuse me of reading the instructions wrong!!!

Very bad customer service...emailed them to cancel order. Never replied email. Sold me watch almost on double the price ....also tricked me into so called discount....Army series watch on amazon is being sold for 54 pounds...SmartFoeLess sold it to me for 84 pounds

Bought the watch 2 weeks ago for my holiday. It so easy to connect that child could do it. You cannot beat the price. Is almost like free! I think I will get new one every 6 months anywway!!

This watch is all that I need for health, steps, training etc

This is my second review on a swim smartwatch I bought for my wife, which malfunctioned the day after she went in the swimming pool with it, after my first contact with them which I was told it or any other swim watch is not covered for use in a swimming pool ( false advertising ) as it states on the box for swimming pools and open water, I have since written to the director of the firm, and guess what can't be bothered to answer, they are very quick at taking your money but don't want to know when something goes wrong, I have taken my complaint further

Do not buy from this company as in many other reviews they DO NOT WANNA SEND UOU THE RETURN ADDRESS..I bought a watch only to find out it is faulty told them and all I have got in emails back is all different questions all I keep asking for is RETURN address.. asked 5 times in 5 emails to them get a reply asking for a different question to be answered by me.. so don't buy from this company as you won't get to send you there return address.. FORGOT to put this the phone number uou have got is wrong tried to call it and its not recognised.. bad company.. you said you sent me return address on here but once again that's not true.. I wish you would just accept that you don't want me to return the watch as you keep fobbing me off.. I'm not the only person that you have done this to should have read the reviews before I bought from your company

Placed an order on Thursday 31st August paid for next day delivery £8.99 which included Saturday delivery and not heard anything. Have sent 2 emails for an update but no reply. Absolutely poor.

UPDATE: 8th September

Yes I finally received a reply but I still haven’t been told when I expect to receive the watch. Would be very useful if you had a contact number so we can speak direct to. It’s now been over a week since I placed the order.

I have emailed the Company but as yet have not had a reply. I’m currently in hospital and questioning the accuracy of the health readings on the smart watch which are bearing no correlation to those actually taken in hospital. I would like to return the watch as I only purchased to monitor my bp and oxygen levels.

Thank you for your reply albeit you have not addressed my question, am I able to return the item. I would add whilst it is not a medical device if it goes on to give readings which are clearly inaccurate to the point of being dangerously misleading as it was in my case why offer that facility in the first place?

I’m still waiting for your address to return the smartwatch!!! I understand it’s not a medical device but still you suggest it can register your blood oxygen levels and blood pressure when it gives massively inaccurate readings. My readings on the watch were low but in reality when after going into hospital they registered dangerously high compared to what the smartwatch was registering? I could understand a slight deviation but not to that extent. I would like to return the watch as agreed and I’m still waiting for your instructions!!!

After reading the reviews I shall be contacting Trading Standards and requesting PayPal open a dispute. It shouldn’t be this hard!!!!

PayPal stepped in and issued a refund.

I bought a watch a month ago and already managed to lose the charger, silly me. Emailed their customer service and they replied within a couple of hours so I ordered a new one straight away. Simple and smooth, thats what I like

Nice looking watch, easy to set up and lasts for 6 days easy, thinking of buying another for my sister for her birthday.

Ordered watch Friday 4 august canceled order 55200 on 6 august still waiting for return address sent lots of emails they sent link for return.But no return address the owner of the company is on companys house. she will give 72hours to respond,have not even opened parcel just want to return for FULL REFUND she does not under stand I will report to trading standards stay away from this company at all costs.My other half bought me a watch from this company on 6 august funny thing is I have no problem with it.pay a little more money from a company with a returns address,so owner if you read this send me return details

Absolutely in love with my new watch. I ahd difficulties setting up but turns out I was being a bit silly.

Customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. I am unsure why would anyone had an issue.

Wonderful experience. I ordered a gift for my son but I accidentally pressed pink instead of blue and it was too late to change. I emailed and could return straight away and got the correct watch within 4 days. My son loves the new watch and keeps braggin about it to his friend haha, amazing!

So, I have left 2 very negative reviews recently for my purchase as this seemed the only way to get a response from them.

After having a faulty watch and then fighting to get it replaced (see previous reviews and their answers about the warranty) they finally agreed to replace it but not refund, something else to talk about entirely. I thought I best check it as it was boxed after it stopped working correctly. After a little over two weeks in the box it worked again. So to be fair to them I would find out why. I believe what happens is moisture must interfere with the touch screen and after a while it stops it working if it gets wet everyday from a shower. After being left to dry for a while it started working.

I thought it be fair to SWFL to leave an update and help out others that might read this. They say the watch is waterproof down to 5ATM, despite them saying this is not depth this is pressure, the two are linked and you cant get to 5ATM on the surface!! I work in the diving industry so its amusing when they try and tell me this. The watch is cheaper than anything else around so the quality is not going to be as good.

If you buy Tank M1 Pro be cautious about it going in water, let it dry properly and it should be ok. Mine has been working for a couple of weeks with no issues. Even went paddle boarding and its fine.

Customer services needs work and they don't understand your right under the consumer act but I think they just play the long game.

Overall I do like the watch but you get what you pay for.

Well where do I start. Had the TANK M1 Pro watch, was faulty after less then 2 months (see previous review), fought for a replacement and then the replacement failed after a couple of weeks. Fight on again and get this as their reply.

We understand that there was a previous case where we made an exception and accepted water damage as a gesture of goodwill. However, we would like to clarify that water damage is not typically covered under our warranty policy, as stated in the product's specifications.

Please kindly note that any future instances of water damage would not be covered by the warranty, and we encourage all customers to avoid exposing the product to water, in accordance with our guidelines.

Also to but a bit more context the watch is advertised as waterproof to 5 ATM. Apparently that does not cover in a shower!!!

Brilliant company as super fast delivery regardless of what delivery you choose. Watches are amazing, might be buying a 3rd soon😊

I do not have a green button to answer calls. Only have a blue icon that does nothing. I keep turning on phone in settings but it seems to turn itself off again.
How do I answer calls?
