Very Happy with the overall experience I had with smooth sale. Was very hesitant at first as never used this type of model before. I sent Ollie a lot of questions and emails before using them and he was patient, whilst answering everything in detail. I then was assigned Cam and he showed great communication, whilst giving great advice.

Josh Perry from smooth sales and all of the guys at the team, Rob, Harvey…etc are the best team and people I have met. Many thanks to Josh for being attentive and listing to my needs for helping out our house sell enquiry. I can’t recommend enough. Wish I know them sooner.

Following previous poor experiences with aggressive sales tactics from other companies I entered into conversations with SmoothSale with high levels of anxiety around my house sale. From the moment I had my initial call with Adam, my concerns were alleviated. Adam was professional and transparent about the whole process and importantly around the timelines of who I could be expected to hear from and when. Following that initial call a combination of Ben, Mackenzie and Jack dealt with the purchase of my house and continued with the high levels of professionalism set by Adam. All three colleagues were knowledgeable and when there was an issue (my doing not theirs), dealt with it in an efficient and kind manner. I would highlight the regular and clear communication as a particular positive to SmoothSale’s service. There were no surprises throughout the entire process.

Honestly the best advice I've received ever from someone in this field (which weirdly stopped me from selling my house!). Thankful and appreciative.

How on earth is it possible to view a property with this ‘Company’ if when you phone up to make an appointment you are kept permanently on hold and then passed from one person to another to be told by each person ‘ I dont deal with this property’.

Absolute shambles of a company.

Someone from your office did eventually telephone yesterday to try to make an appointment, but 24 hours later I am still waiting for a call back. Almost a week, now.

Instead of emailing you I telephoned. And by the way, the, the previous conversations were with yourself.

Back to latest telephone conversation. I phoned and asked for you. From across the room I could here you say ‘i,m not in! To the person who answered my call.

You then said to your colleague, yes, I know who it is. Then an appointment was made for me to view the property.

I travelled over 150 to view this property and stayed overnight to make the morning appointment.

You knew that I was travelling that distance as I am relocating only to be telephoned just before the appointment to tell me you had sold the property.

So Jack, shocking practice, shocking company to allow me to travel all that distance and pay for accommodation, waste two days of my time.

Shame on you.
