Thank you. I'm very pleased with my photo book and it arrived sooner that I expected.

It was so easy ordering my request on line, my item arrived very quickly and the price was very reasonable, will definitely use them again. The keyring is a gift for my husband's birthday later in the month, so not sure what he thought of it yet, I am sure he will really like it.

If I could rate it zero, I would. If you have some spare money and you want to throw it into the rubbish, use them! I can't believe it, the print is so bad, the colored pictures got some green instead of white. they are also cut in the wrong place. I m very disappointed and I will never use them again.

Do not use. I ordered a large photo book that I very carefully compiled and checked with a fine tooth comb. During composition sometimes the online program froze and could become glitchy. After ordering I discovered a page had corrupted during submission at the time of ordering. I contacted them within hours of ordering and they wouldn't change it even though it was printed a week later, and they didn't believe it was their program issue, they said I hadn't checked it properly. After receiving the photobook, many pages had photos mis-sized and moved. I rechecked my submission against the printed book and they didn't match. The layout had changed on printing. Despite me sending pictures of multiple problems of this nature, they didn't accept the printing layout was different. It was incredible, and again they blamed me for not laying it out properly. However, you could clearly see what was printed, and what was ordered, doesn't match. Only way to speak to them is through a chatbot. NZ address they provide on the website is a smoke screen, you are dealing with foreigners so won't get any correction to an error. They seem intent on politely blaming customers and giving a credit that will probably be forgotten about. It just needed to be corrected and reprinted. Their editing program clearly has issues. Deal with a local please.

Snapfish is easy to use. I like that it copes with text well and is very customisable. The quality is very good. I am grateful for the special offers.

I have ordered many items from Snapfish - books, mugs, jigsaw puzzle. All but one were very high quality with the service being excellent and timing and delivery also of a high standard. I have found the editing and ordering processes simple to use.

Easy to follow process to make my calendar. At the end it told me which photos were missing and which were low resolution. Downloading photos were good options.

I have used Snapfish for corporate gifts for a few years now and have always been really happy both with the products and with the delivery and shipping costs. I just spent time creating 15 custom made facemasks for our business and more business cups which we showcase to our guests everyday in our B&B and always use as gifts. 15 cloth masks alone were going to cost $89. I queried the cost and was told that they are sure that I will like their high quality delivery....I had that with the reasonable costs. WHAT A RIP OFF. Did not order the facemasks. Adding the cups was going to put the postage at about $150. Will not use or recommend this company ever.

UPDATE: Their reply is rubbish. I did not purchase any masks or any product due to the outrageous shipping charges.

I am a professional photographer, I took advantage of a print deal just for snaps of my own children. My photographs arrived discoloured and grainy. I made my complaint to the company who was more than willing to help. I sent through pictures of the prints and explained that they are high res and had been resized for print, that with my usual vendor, I have never had these issues.
They proceeded to give me the dummies guide to grainy photos PDF and said I could be refunded my money but only for prints. Why would I want more of the item that they can’t deliver in the first place? I can’t wait to see the photo book when it arrives tomorrow. Woof

I had a great experience with snapfish, I ordered my prints and they came in a reasonable time frame and they were just great to have physical copies of the grandkids

Service is easy and prompt. This is the only service now that I order prints not that I do it a lot.
Good to get stuff delivered to door
And the gifts with the photos on are great.

Dont think my last two attempts went through
I was disappointed with my most recent small soft cover book.When I opened it there was a line of glue down each page where pages should have been stuck over it, on most pages I had to crease the page and hold each one down to cover the glue strip
