other than duties, which i was expecting, i am very pleased. very fast shipping, very good pricing. even with duties, the cost was 30-40% cheaper than local. will purchase again.

Shipping was lightning fast, even with paying import duties the prices are the best online, there is no comparison. They even got my favorite pouches through customs for me. Will be back and will be bringing my buddies, no more overpriced convenience store Zyns for us!

Beware
Prices are great, but I was charged by UPS to the tune of over a hundred dollars upon the package’s arrival despite those fees being included in the order’s overall price. I have emailed the company twice and have not received any replies. Each day that goes by has me wishing I would’ve stuck with Snusforsale.com. Please respond to me and let’s sort this out.

We understand your concern, but we’d like to clarify that your order (#1866) was placed on Friday evening at 8:00 PM Swedish time. As clearly stated on our site, we do not process or ship orders during the weekend. Your package was shipped on Monday at 10:00 AM, and the tracking information was sent to your email shortly after.
We always aim to be transparent and reliable, and in this case, everything was handled well within our standard processing times.
That said, we kindly ask that you reach out to us first before jumping to conclusions or leaving a negative review. It’s not fair to judge our service based on a weekend delay, especially when all information is available and communicated properly.

Slow response time
They were just slow to answer my questions which made me suspicious that my package was not coming. After receiving my package the order was incorrect.

A confirmation email was sent right after your order — it may have landed in your spam folder. We also replied to your emails within our usual 2-3 day response time. On April 9th, we informed you that one item was temporarily out of stock, and after your reply on Friday, your order was shipped on Saturday.
Your package is on its way and should arrive this week. In a email last week you got your tracking number.
We understand delays are frustrating, but calling us a scam is both unfair and incorrect. We’ve handled your order properly and communicated as soon as we could during a busy period.
