Great products and excellent support, I'm using Solid Security and Central to manage multiple sites, it works like a charm.

Very good approach on security and Wordpress Backups
Well the support team is very kind. The show a lot of patience with me. Although it was a bit difficult for me to implement it, the team never left me alone.
The solution works as promised. I like that I have daily backups outside my server.
On the security part only in 8 days, the system blocked nearly 1000 attacks.
I am very happy with them.

Pros and Cons
While I like the end product, it feels like I struggle with something every time I log in. Either I can't log in, or it keeps redirecting me to a different login page, or the site doesn't sync, or the Client Dashboard fails.

I had an amazing experience with Shane from Solid WP! Shane’s quick and helpful response was a breath of fresh air in comparison to other support experiences from other companies this week. Shane not only identified the issue (a missing plugin) but also explained it clearly and guided me to the solution. Thanks to Shane, I was able to get the backups running again.
I only had great experiences with the support team of SolidWP so far in the last three years! Highly recommend their support team!

Could never get the full suite to…
Could never get the full suite to connect correctly after 2 months of trying and finally found there are way better options for the simple things this app.
The backups stopped working for no reason, they webportal they have you use to login to manage things does sync correctly with wp and has no option to manage the features from wp. They give you multiple plugins for the backups but they don't seem to work a lot of the time
The only feature that seemed to be consistent and useful was the automatic email alerts about when a website goes down or comes back up
Be aware that the company customer service for billing is terrible. They don't do partial refunds and if you miss the 30 day refund date aftrr sign upbecause the thing stops connecting later then they will NOT work with you to refund any of the money you gave them. buyer beware

Great support
I experienced a number of problems related to use of SolidWP's Legacy backup product and subsequently their NextGen backup product. Support has been terrific! Because the nature of the problems I've had were complex, it took a number of sessions to solve the problems. Ultimately, the issues were resolved. Support was VERY responsive, communicating daily.
I was an early adopter of SolildWP's NextGen backup product. I experienced minor difficulties with their onboarding procedure. I made several suggestions regarding improving documentation. All suggestions were implemented within a week of the time I made the suggestions.
In summary, SolidWP support is great. The products are comprehensive and feature-rich. Highly recommended.
