We have just had an Air Source Heat Pump replaced by the excellent team at Solitaire. Paul two Daniel’s, George and Paul’s daughter all arrived on the days they were supposed on time and neatly turned out in their corporate outfits. The work was completed in a timely albeit longer than expected manner but we were kept informed of what was happening. Floor covering was put down as there was considerable movement to and from the property. The work was completed in a clean and tidy manner and all rubbish was removed. The pipe work is all neat and tidy and a joy to behold and all insulated. The highest possible recommendation for work well done by an excellent team. Thank you.

Just had our boiler serviced for the first time . Good price . Good Work . Completely trusted them both. Also needed a new element fitted in my immersion tank. The tank has solar panel heating so needed a company which understood solar heating as well. They clearly new what they were doing and were able to answer all my questions confidently. I requested them to take over my solar system which i have every confidence they will be competent in doing. Very happy to have found them.

Just seen Daniel, his friendly speedy service in replacing my water pump was first class. I'm very happy with the experience. I would happily recommend Solitaire, the whole process from first contact to completion was very quick.

We had a burst water mains copper pipe under the kitchen sink and before the internal house stopcock. I’d managed to turn the water off at the external house stopcock. The Solitaire engineer arrived promptly, assessed the situation and managed to quickly repair the pipe in very confined space under the kitchen sink cabinet. He also modified the access aperture in the rear of the cabinet to provide easier access to the stopcock.

This was a really great experience from start to finish. Communication was good throughout - helpful and professional advice about the work that needed to be done, a comprehensive quote for the cost of the works and letting me know when the engineers would be arriving.
Overall my seamless, friendly and trustworthy experience was a super example of a firm delivering quality work combined with excellent customer care.

Exceptional service by Solitaire in finding and repairing a leak from my bath waste. Tradespeople always unnerve me a bit as they are dealing with things I don't understand and can't imagine sorting! However, the Solitaire Team arrived when they said they would, were polite, kept me informed of what the issue was and explained how they were going to solve it - which they did quickly and with no fuss or drama! They also left everything spotless. A really lovely team and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The work came following our annual boiler service. Our boiler was on the edge of failure due to age and inefficiency. We asked for options to change our system and each one was explained. We had an informed choice. All the staff were polite and cared about the work. We are very pleased with the work. It is neat, tidy and we were kept informed all the way through. We have used solitaire for many years due to their professional approach. It is hard to find good tradesman so it is nice when you can trust them.

Sam and Paul did some electrical work for me, replacing the electric feed to an out building. They were extremely professional throughout the works and I was really happy with the final outcome and the quality of their work.
I highly recommend them for electrical work and will look to book them for future electrical works at my home.

They have carried out various jobs for me. Their response to my enquiries have always been prompt, well organised in notifying me and attending at the time given. Their workmanship is excellent and after the work has been carried out they leave everything neat and tidy.

I had a boiler fitted by Solitaire 12 months ago and they have just carried the annual service. They pride themselves on delivering great quality workmanship and great customer service and this time was no different.
Daniel the engineer, explained what would happen, carried out the work and answered a couple of questions I had, at the end.
He was polite and courteous and very easy to talk to. He even bled a couple of radiators as well. I will definitely be using Solitaire again as I have every faith in their ability to advise a deliver what is best for their customers.

I have just had quite a few electrical jobs done.Sam and Paul arrived to do the works,they were hardworking,polite,very clean and tidy and helpful with advice given.I would recommend solitaire to anyone needing any works doing such as plumbing and electrics.Its very hard to trust workmen these days but solitaire workmen are definitely trustworthy I will have them back for future works knowing every job will be done to a high standard.Thank you again Sam and Paul .
