Brilliant team. I had a full conversion to a combi boiler and it was all done in about 7 hours. Three workers came and with minimal fuss got on with the job. They knew exactly what they were doing and I felt very comfortable letting them have the run of the house.

5 star treatment from start to finish. From the original very informative phone call through to the installation everything and everbody were exceptional

Fantastic service from start to finish ,friendly team 's throughout, clean and tidy workmanship ,can't fault our New Boiler ,also had lift insulation fitted ,and New Radiator energy efficiency valves,they also put ceiling ventilation in the bathroom and kitchen too .Would I recommend this company ? I Absolutely can .

What lovely guys! Stephen and Daniel were very professional, explained their plan, before starting their work reassured me I could leave my property to walk my dog, made me feel comfortable and confident about the work, very tidy in every aspect!!!! Made a single woman feel very confident that my new boiler which is a female called sheila!! Was going to be fine! I personally would go above 5 🌟 for them a pleasure to have met them both!!! Ps.. they left a battery behind, I have it safe, thank you ☺️

Steven and Danny arrived on time and explained what they were going to do (they could see I was anxious about the work to be carried out) They kindly loaned us a heater while they did their job. They carried out the work cleanly and efficiently. They took time to explain how it worked and went over it until they were sure we understood. We are extremely happy with the new comb boiler.

This company started an eco4 installation at my property a year ago. They failed to complete the installation, removed my equipment without consent, broke tiles on my house, burned holes in the carpet, ruined a coat through carelessness, and when they eventually fitted the solar panels after many months, have left the heating system faulty and unusable. They do not respond to emails or calls and all of this in a property inhabited by a disabled person and a small child.
It is beyond a disgrace.

Cleared up and helped with any heavy items. Also demonstrated use of boiler, and further following up Work needed.

Having originally given a 5 star review, I'm now downgrading it. I can't fault the workmanship which is still 5 star quality. However, paperwork is clearly NOT their forte and 6 weeks after the installation of solar panels, I am still waiting for the necessary certificate to enable me to benefit from the energy they are generating - documentation which should be provided within 10 days of the commissioning date.

BOILER FITTED..Really great experience. Can't praise them enough. The job was carried out professionally,on time and the lads ,Daniel,Lewis and the electrician were polite ,efficient and explained everything so i coukd understand.Thank you, I'm so glad I did this.

I had my Air Source Heat Pump and Solars installed, the whole process was stress free and the installers Zak & Joe answered any questions or concerns I had regarding the install, they were so friendly and accommodating. Everything now works and heats my home so much more efficiently.

They installed a new boiler under the ECO4 scheme. The two guys who installed it were angry and disagreeable on arrival, basically because they'd had to wake up early to journey to me. They lied about radiator brackets being unavailable, trying to get out of fitting a radiator, which was part of the job, were loud and insensitive, and when they left, they stole a dustpan and brush. Several times during the installation I had to ring head quarters to get them in line, it was extremely stressful. Now, several months later, I want to use the heating and it doesn't work, I called the company and they refuse to do anything. In my opinion, I'd avoid this company like the plague, find a small company that cares and is connected to its customer base.

Recently had 2 extraction fans and loft insulation added to my home by South Rings Energy, from the start of the process with a phone call to surveying, fitting and inspection all the team involved were proffesional, knowledgeable, friendly and we couldn't have had a better service, thankyou all involved. Massive thanks to Kane & Ryan for sorting my loft insulation and ventilation and Stu & Cal for all the electric changes and extractor fan installs. And a massive, huge thank you to the fabulous Lewis for working so hard to swap out my old boiler and install new radiator valves! South Rings absolutely have a fabulous team working for them and I felt so comfortable having these polite, well mannered and hard working men in the house around myself and my children.

This company fitted a new boiler in my home October 2022 and since they fitted it none of my 7 radiators in my home will not turn off, when I put the heating on every radiator in my house comes on, I live alone in a 3 bedroom house so I don't need every radiator on. They said it is not their fault, I am still waiting for someone to come out and sort it out. Absolute joke of a company

Peter & Lee fitted new loft insulation and did cavity wall insulation in my kitchen. Great fellas. Very tidy job done. After some issues electrician Stuart and his apprentice also did an excellent job and came up with good solutions to fit an extractor fan and wiring issues. Great staff/installers

The experience of dealing with your company and staff was very good through out. Boiler fitted by Lewis Wilde he was exceptional in his work ethic and did a great job. The guys that connected the electrics and did the insulation were professional and helpful.

Extremely happy with the service. The installers arrived at the time agreed, I found them professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Once installation was completed they cleaned up completely and took the time to explain the combi boiler controls. Excellent service.
