South Rings Energy were very efficient in organising for our new boiler to be fitted. The engineers Mark & Lewis arrived on time, got straight to work and were very friendly. Both of them worked hard to fit the new boiler with the least disruption possible and cleared all the mess away before they left. I would definitely use them again.

New boiler installed and loft insulation upgraded.
The work was professionally carried out and done to a very high standard. Special thanks to Lewis and Mark for their hard work.

The fitters were excellent, well mannered and left everywhere spotless.

Mark and Lewis did a great job putting my new boiler in arrived on time and got to work on removing the old boiler that had been in for 40 years did not leave any mess swept up in the garage and showed me the boiler controls both very nice lads

Stu & Cal came on the 23rd July 2024 they did a great job of installing the extractor fan and installing the wiser app and radiator controls sensors, they even cleaned up after themselves bonus, would definitely recommend them👍

Had the Sparkies into fit 2 extractor fans and the the electrics for the boiler .

They did a great job , left the site clean and had a giggle re football ..

recently had first time installation of central heating and new boiler and i want to say what a wonderful job Craig Brierton and his team did they were efficient and tidy and did a great job in the property I can't thank them enough top job lads.

Boiler was installed but very next day the bathroom was flooded

Southrings swerved any liability even though a Checkatrade plumber confirmed the fitting was poor - and I have repairs done at my own cost and the plumber said that Southrings should have told me that the new boiler could cause pressure issues which could affect piping - but they didnt

The lads were excellent, really mindful of being clean and tidy in the house. Cleaned up after themselves and were just generally really great guys. Did an excellent job of fitting the boiler, really quick and efficient. Explained everything I needed to know in detail. Would highly recommend.

They sent Buck Electrical Contractors to install vents in the bathroom and kitchen.
The Contractor installed them in the walls rather than the ceilings, they ran the electrical wires across and up the walls, and did an awful job of patching up the plaster.

This is a great company that will go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done properly. We are delighted with our new central heating, and we are already saving £730 a year now that the immersion heater has been replaced with a multi-point boiler. It's so easy to use, and the installation guys took everything away with them... just amazing. Highly recommended!

I have had an excellent service from South Rings Energy Ltd from arranging the installation date to completing. The engineer (James) who Installed our boiler was very polite and helpful, he gave time to answer questions and provide instructions on how to use the boiler. When the work was completed he left the property clean and tidy. Once the boiler was installed the electric work followed, and that was also done in a timely and professional manner. I want to also Thank Stephanie from the Customer Service team, she was very polite, professional and helpful, and the directors were also very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this company :)

Excellent service from arranging installation date to completing. Arrived on time, fitted boiler in a timely manner. Gave time to answer questions and provide instructions on how to use the boiler effectively. Left the property clean and tidy. Highly recommend this company.

We had our boiler replaced which was leaking water. We had Steve and his nephew replace our boiler in the morning and the radiator nozzles to turn heat up and down were replaced too, they did a fantastic job and cleaned up after too. Steve was very polite and friendly, he also helped me to operate the boiler. Very happy with the job.
