Wrong Product.
I purchased parts for my car based on the website advice which indicated they were the correct part for my vehicle. My mechanic advised they are not the correct size.
Non existent after sales service.
I've tried to contact Sparesbox via email, online form, phone and chat with no success. The email and online form received no reply. Phone uses the excuse they can't answer the phone because of COVID, that's hardly a valid excuse, ever other business can still answer phones. The phone also says to use the online chat, however the online chat always says "Sorry, we are not online at the moment".
I'm shocked and disappointed in this company.

Surprisingly fast delivery
I ordered some Eibach suspension springs on 4th March, there was a notice that it could be delayed and may take 15-30 business days before being shipped. But I wasn't in any great hurry, and the price was discounted (lowest I could find online) with free shipping. Only afterwards did I decide to look at reviews for Sparesbox... many many 1 stars, orders taking forever or eventually refunded, been given the wrong item etc. I was a bit concerned, maybe I should've ordered from another supplier?
To my surprise and delight, I got an email on the 10th March (6 days later) that my order had been shipped. I was expecting at least a month based on the reviews. Sure enough, I picked it up from the post office a couple of days ago. The correct item had been shipped exactly as ordered, packaging a little worse for wear but no damage to the item.
So I'm guessing they already had my item in stock and wasn't back-ordered, which seems to be the main issue with delays. My experience was surprisingly good, no complaints with the delivery time and discounted price.
The worst company in auto parts
Ordered a tool trolley over 5 weeks ago and for over a month it has been "being prepared for shipment". I contacted the only customer service option they have and was told "I can confirm that your ordered items are now fully reserved for you at our warehouse, and we expect your order to be packed and prepared for dispatch shortly."
This was 10 days ago and it still says "being prepared for shipment"...
Last time I ordered through these muppets they took 8 weeks to deliver me brake rotors and claimed they werent in stock, despite advertising them as being in stock throughout the entire 8 weeks.
Dont bother with Sparesbox ever.... ever!
EDIT: Now over 9 weeks and still "being prepared for shipment" after being told it was ready to be sent...
I purchased a starter motor for my car…
I purchased a starter motor for my car which their site would fit. It has completely different mountings. I have tried to phone but they do not answer I have also sent emails with no response. It seems like a lot of people are in the same situation. If I don't get a response I will go to their warehouse and demand a refund.

Very frustrated with the customer service. Have tried so MANY times to contact them thru emails, filling out support forms with them etc. No one ever replies. Terrible company to deal with we have been trying to RETURN our Order 1657682 for a smaller size. Nothing from them at all. This is very stressful . What sort of a business is this??? There customer service is the worst, very disappointed

appalling service
I purchased a bike rack that does not fit my vehicle.
What is unacceptable is the 10 emails I've sent without a reply, the service is terrible and as a result im sitting on $350 worth of goods which i can't use or return (as they will not reply) I have also phoned which never gets answered. The packaging is unopened and in as received condition and a photo has been sent with numerous emails

Extremely Poor Customer Service
Ordered parts "In Stock" on 19/2/23 they didn't arrive after the 8 days delivery time shown online. After multiple emails with no response Sparesbox finally replied on 2/3/23 to say parts are not in stock and some fluff about software problems on their system. How about you stop taking orders if your software doesn't work? Parts not Due till 15/3/23 at their warehouse. Refund was offered but after requesting a refund once again no response from Sparesbox!

Is the company still trading? their contact phone line is down & chat line doesn't work. I had brake parts delivered over two weeks ago, which proved to be incorrect. Since then have tried to contact. Sent emails with photos - no response. I will no longer be dealing with on line companies as a result YOU NEED TO DEAL FACE TO FACE!

Customer service is non existant!
Like a previous reviewer, ordered a pair of brake rotors on Feb 15th, it’s now the 2nd March and hasn’t even been dispatched. Sent half the order (brake pads) which is essentially useless without the rotors.
Sent multiple emails and no response, so now awaiting a generic response via email or here (if I'm lucky!) which doesn't address the issue or give any meaningful information or update. Apologies don't constitute customer service!! It's really quite pathetic to be honest.

Slow dispatch, no communication
Ordered a pair of brake rotors on February 19th, it’s now the 28th and hasn’t even been dispatched. Multiple emails and no reply, tried calling and says because of Covid restrictions aren’t taking calls… still hiding under the Covid banner
I should of read the reviews before ordering!!!

I order 2 front Shocks for my car
They make delivery very quick and I am happy for that. Arrived 23/2/2023
But when I open the two shocks boxes the same day I find one shock it is original with the sticker were working perfectly and on the second box I find one shock refurbish / After market were it is not working correctly
I sent email to them the same day and I explain what I find with photos but still waiting for there answer and of course I can’t drive my car
How long I must wait to replay back to my emails and you fix this problem
