This is now the second time we have instructed Lorraine Down at Specialist Property Lawyers. Buying and selling properties is an extremely stressful process for anyone however, this team provides a seamless, professional and knowledgeable experience. From the start of the process, to completion and after, we have been updated on a regular basis, provided all the information straight away and help with any information that we may have been unsure on. We would like to take Lorraine Down, Allison Smith and Alisha Dayanandan especially, for their hard work to provide our young family with our new home. We wouldn't hesitate to instruct them again in the future.

I used specialist Property lawyers 5 years ago to purchase my flat so I decided to use them again for my house purchase.

The service was excellent. I worked with Simon, Debbie, Jayne and now with Alex as I am also selling my flat with them currently.

They kept me up to date explained the processes, chased the other solicitors. My previous 2 sales were done in very good timing and I'm half was through my current sale and they have been very proactive on that to.

If you want a solicitor for a house sale or purchase they will explain all the Jargon I'm understandable terms and really keep on and push the sale through. I will definitely use again in the future.
