I used Specialist Property Lawyers for both my recent house sale and purchase. They were by far the best conveyancers I have used at a competitive price. I mostly dealt with Lorraine who was extremely helpful. She regularly kept us updated with progress, responded to emails promptly, always answered my calls and worked really hard to push our buyer’s not so efficient solicitors to complete by our deadline. I would absolutely use the company again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Both Jane Brady and in particular Allison Graver (with whom I had most contact) were efficient and professional through what proved to be a particularly complex sale of my late Mother's property due to 'hidden' problems with Land Registry and the Lease Extension, compounded by Covid.
