We used Specialist Property Lawyers for our recent house sale as part of the All in One package with Vickery Estate Agents in Camberley. This is the best company that we have ever used for conveyancing and we have bought and sold multiple properties over the years. They were very polite and professional, communicated extremely well and not once did we have to chase anything up. Thanks to a short property chain we were able to complete our sale within 3 months, which is not easy in this current property market. Our special thanks goes to Alex who was an absolute joy to deal with. We particularly liked the fact that we could call into the office to drop off completed forms and to sign any necessary legal documents. Knowledgeable and responsive, exactly what was needed!

We used Simeous for our house sale and also the purchase of our new home, we cannot praise the team enough for all their guidance and help on what could have been a nightmare. Mike Punchard is one of the most helpful gentleman we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at what could have been quite a stressful time. Mike and the team led us through the processes and could not have been more considerate , the service we received was truly excellent and we highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a property.

It was good from giving us quotes to delivering our sale/purchase. This is the second time with SPL and we have been very happy with the service. Lorraine was especially helpful. We were given options for insurance risk, but primarily the route to selling and buying a property was very controlled, clear and calm. Their office is fully joined, if Lorraine was not available then whoever answered was able to retrieve our position from the office info system. Great.

Mostly dealt with Simon, but as a whole, the company was very professional, kept us informed throughout the whole process and answered all questions in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for more.

Have just completed the sale of a probate property and can't rate SPL highly enough - everything was dealt with on the same day it was received so there were never any hold ups from our side of the chain. And if someone was out of the office, there was always someone else who knew exactly what was going on and could help.
If only all Conveyancing lawyers worked like this, house moves would be so much quicker!!
