Exceptional Service for Home Birth Midwifery
I’ve held a contract with SOS Oxygen for my Entonox supply since August, and they have consistently exceeded all expectations. From the very first delivery, their local rep went above and beyond, despite having considerable distance to travel, he worked around my diary commitments perfectly and ensured the canisters arrived before I left for visits.
Most recently, following a home birth in November where both cylinders were used, I urgently needed replacements whilst still on call. Even though my usual rep was on annual leave, SOS Oxygen arranged delivery the very next day. The covering rep provided clear communication throughout and was incredibly kind and helpful. This proved vital when my next client went into labour just 36 hours later.
For independent midwives supporting home births, reliable Entonox supply is essential. SOS Oxygen understands this and delivers outstanding service every time. Highly recommended.

We have been with SOS for about 4 mo ths now, initially just having oxygen but when we ordered some last minute entonox, our area manager went on Annual leave which caused some confusion and some minor problems but Matt sorted the issue out staying after hours and got me some nitrox cylinders delivered next day via one of their sales people, Scott, who was also a star and helped with anything I needed before and after the delivery

great company, great (can't stress that enough) service. They went above and beyond what was expected and helped to get an oxygen unit to us last minute by delivering it themselves. They certainly went many extra miles for us and I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant customer service and fast delivery a credit to the industry

We contacted SOS on Tuesday after needing emergency oxygen. Due to the high volume of orders SOS had said we couldn't get the cylinders for a week even though they would try to get it to us quicker. The customer service was brilliant and the delivery was very prompt and ended up coming 2 days after ordering. Highly recommend them.

I needed our medical gases urgently. Ben did not disappoint. He understood our predicament and provided the most efficient and professional service. I could not be happier. Highly recommend.
