Not used in field yet but looks like Will hold up to rugged use at motorcross, horse events etc

Initially my order had not arrived 17 days after placing it, considering the world of online shopping where next day delivery is normal, this was not acceptable. They did contact me to say one item is not available so the order is delayed. However, I needed to equipment for an event a week after I placed the order. I was not given the option for SOS to send the items they did have in stock then follow up with the one remaining item, which would have been fine for me.

Within a few hours of posting my initial 2-star review I was phoned by a senior member of SOS. They were very helpful and apologetic. They arranged for my order to be delivered the same day. It appears it was a single error that was quickly corrected once they were aware of it. So, it turns out you can expect amazing customer service from SOS.

Despite some uncertainty, SOS pulled out all the stops to deliver before our CQC inspection
