Ordering is not user friendly
Ordering is not user friendly. I've had to cancel a few orders because it wasn't working properly on the website and, even though I got some assistance, it became too aggravating to order. Additionally, every order arrives a day or two after expected and the recipient is left waiting at home for delivery. We do not want to have to pick it up locally.
