Came through for us
We have made a half dozen claims for small amounts for our one year old large breed and only a couple times they were approved, sometimes after making reassessment appeals, which was disappointing and annoying. We thought we were going down the "pre-existing condition" rabbit hole. However, we recently had to make a four figure claim and it was approved in ONE day, which is quite surprising, in a good way. We appreciate this and will stick with them for now as they came through when we needed them to honor the Insurance we paid for.
