Generating Code Signing certificates can be a bit of a complex process, but Amal was fantastic in the support given in guiding us through and resolving any issues we had.

Purchased an OV code signing certificate that we were never able to use successfully despite weeks of troubleshooting and help from an external DevOps specialist. Support responses were mostly generic and did not address the issue. We had to replace the certificate with another CA, which worked immediately. SSL.com refused a full refund until the matter was escalated through our payment provider despite SSL.com using a few cheap tricks to get us to drop the case. Overall a very frustrating experience. Their 4.9 rating is beyond me frankly. Mistakes happen but here it was so systematic and wide spread it signals a deeper problem with the whole customer support experience.

I'll be honest — I would not have given 5 stars if it weren't for Rhinna. She unblocked my situation in minutes after days of going back and forth with other agents who kept sending me in circles.

I submitted my EV code signing certificate renewal on Friday and by Wednesday I was still stuck in "pending validation" with no clear answer on what was missing. I had to keep opening new tickets just to get responses.

As a French solo entrepreneur, the validation process was particularly painful. The recommended business verification sites are mostly US-focused, making it very difficult to validate a French auto-enterprise. Finding a site that allowed us to upload our own business information (to verify our phone number, address, etc.) took a lot of effort.

That said, Rhinna was absolutely incredible. She immediately understood the issue, escalated it to the right team, and got my order validated within minutes. She deserves all the credit here.

They are very knowledgeable and responsive to support questions before and after the sale. When my validation was stuck in a HOLD state I was asking the chatbot and trying to create a ticket to get it reviewed, and I didn't see any response for a couple days. But as soon as Rhinna joined the ticket, she was very helpful in reviewing what was stuck in my validation and pushing it through.

Alice was great! Plenty of other agents I spent 4 weeks with dropped the ball and could not help me on a very simple need. Alice on the other hand stayed with me to get the answers I needed.
