When my validation was stuck in a HOLD state I was asking the chatbot and trying to create a ticket to get it reviewed, and I didn't see any response for a couple days. But as soon as Rhinna joined the ticket, she was very helpful in reviewing what was stuck in my validation and pushing it through.

Alice was great! Plenty of other agents I spent 4 weeks with dropped the ball and could not help me on a very simple need. Alice on the other hand stayed with me to get the answers I needed.
