The entire process to get the SSL certificate took way too long and the bot kept telling me to do things that did not work or did not exist. I opened a service ticket, but the case was closed because I did not respond in time and was sent to the back of the line.

good help for verification

The problem to solved was difficult because of the complexity of the issue and the changes that had to be made. The technical hoops you have to jump through with SSL.com just to renew a code-signing certificate were many. The support technician, Fiel, stayed with me to the end to make sure it was resolved.

Everyone other than Jennifer was awful. It seemed like they were actively working to create a barrier to block me from getting the product I already paid for.
